There is little to no organization and no attention to detail. Several of our orders "got lost" or were "back ordered" and some were inaccurate after being promised a delivery date. We ended up having to pay for items that were 3 months late! The only positive thing, was their price. But in the end, the extra work and expenses we incurred, including renting furniture to cover for late items, and then having to pay for items that were 3 months late and we no longer wanted because we had already purchased replacements from a new vendor, helped us re-learn, you get what you pay for.
