I seen her one time and she said I was fine after that visit. I drained and drained called her again asking why my incision is draining she never responded. I faxed a letter to her office she never responded. I then went back to my original gyn and he fixed my incision and it was a infection. My gyn do not deliver babies thats why I went to her in the first place what a terrible experience. I could've sued her she lucky I had too much going on in my life at that time but karma don't forget anything. Don't trust just anybody with your life cause I could've died from her negligence. Moreover, from my initial visit thru several surgeries, procedures and the radiation treatments, he was thorough about the process and I was, my husband and sister who accompanied me at each visit were put at ease! The front desk personnel, his nurse, his secretary to include all the Health Professionals at First Health and Pinehurst Surgical were always friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs and concerns! After my last radiation treatment, I was able to ring the bell on Veteran's Day 11 November! Upon making the appointment over the phone I was quoted $180 and told if I paid in cash/check I would receive a discount. Once I got to the office, the "discounted" price was still $180. That wasn't a big deal at the time, but I don't understand why a discount was offered if not going to be honored. The $180 quote was to include a consultation, adjustment, and xrays. 15 mins after my appointment time the first receptionist stated it would be a few more minutes until I received xrays- no big deal. Finally 25 mins later I was taken into a room only to be told by the other receptionist that the chiropractor would determine if I needed an X-ray... this made me not only very uncomfortable to possibly be adjusted without an X-ray, but it is extremely unethical to bill someone for a service that may not possibly be provided. Once the receptionist left, I remained waiting for yet another 20 mins and no signs of the chiropractor. It was at that time I decided to walk out and drive another 45 mins home. I had high expectations for this office, but the lack of time management and unethical billing for unprovided service is absolutely unacceptable.
