It was visible they were either understaffed or had several patients which backed them up. People need to understand these FastMed facilities are not designed to work up complicated diagnostic care. These facilities are for minor sicknesses/routine testing. My primary care physician wasn't able to see me until 3-week out. This was just a pitstop to try and get some answers until my primary care could see me, which I appreciate. Great team.

After we arrived, at first we were turned away because "we don't do that here". After explaining our phone conversation from the previous day, we were told to go home to get immunization records, after we drove across town and back we were refused service and told they "do not do pediatric services". Never bring your child here, as they cannot do basic pediatric care. Also, was greeted by a rodent in their ceiling on the way out the door (At least the rodent was friendly). We found that "First Health Convenient Care" was able to take care of us with no issues AND at fraction of the cost. They were also friendly, I recommend them for all your urgent care needs. Two thumbs down to Sandhills Urgent Care.

They ask if I have insurance. I tell them yes but I have to pay them submit my bills to my insurance. The lady takes my insurance card and ID. I tell her about my address stuff. She says they call my insurance and my insurance says that they are not a provider so they can't bill it to them. They tell me this and say that it looks like insurance fraud. The exact words, insurance fraud, I tell them I bill it. They then tell me it would be $304.00, just to be seen. I tell them forget it. Who is trying to fraud who now? I went 1 mile down the road to another place and was seen for $145.00, they gave me my diagnosis and bill. I paid them myself and was treated well. I would never go back to PineRidge Urgent Care. Just to be treated that way was high way robbery. I paid less than half of what they wanted. Poor management. When I am pulling into the other urgent care that day, Pine Ridge calls me and says so "what is going on?", I told her I left because of what I was told, did the front desk not tell you? She says no they didn't. Don't think they know what they are doing. They are dealing with people's health. Not a broken lawn mower. Sad. Would give no stars, but not an option. Told me ahead of time they were still waiting to be put on our insurance co's provider list, but said we could self-pay. Thirty minutes and $80'ish later, we were walking back out the door after having seen the provider. Didn't feel rushed through like cattle and Dad was feeling much better the following day due to the RX provided. Only issue was one of the RX given the ins didn't want to cover. I prob could have called the office back and asked for an alternative, but instead just got a partial fill. So 4.5 stars, and that rounds to 5. Just please, for the love of all, keep enough providers and staff on hand to ensure your wait time stays reasonable. Area doesn't need another shoddy and understaffed urgent care!

I wasn't sure if she was calling out for me to come back but she stood behind the door and called my name mispronounced it and gave me hella attitude when I came up asking if it was me or not her response was "your the only one sitting out there" but she never came around the corner or nothing. She put up an argument and didn't apologize. It wasn't the point of mispronouncing the name it was the way she went about it, very unprofessional.
