They send you a huge bill with no explanation what it is for, and the staff have no idea how to submit an insurance claim. Three different staff told me three different prices for what my insurance would be, and then insurance didn't even cover any of their expensive lotions and devices. This place gives terrible care that will make you feel worse and charge you an arm and a leg for it, even if you have insurance. A total scam - avoid at all costs.

Called InStride twice to figure out what was going on only for them to tell me there won't be meds until future procedures. While on the drive home, we then get notified from our pharmacy that a prescription has been sent by the InStride provider to be picked up. She was helpful, provided me new patient papers to prepare before I returned for my appointment and made sure my insurance would be accepted. Upon arrival for my appointment I was promptly and politely met by Kinsey again - who remembered me from 5 short days prior making the appointment in person. She quickly set me up and got me into the appointment room where Paige met me and provided some basic triage. Dr. Woelffer came in with a level of energy I have never experienced from a doctor, and I couldn't be more refreshed. He listened, was sympathetic and non-judgement, and genuinely seemed to care about my problem and in me in general. He quickly diagnosed, we avoided expensive and unnecessary tests, and provided some solutions to the issue. Paige and another nurse returned with some over the counter solutions, and spent time fitting me properly and teaching me how to use! They answered all my questions, took the time, and didn't make me feel silly for asking.
