I suggest you text her 15min before your appointment and ask if she's there so she knows you already knows and moves to it. I have a feeling she lives close to her salon. Also, she lacks in explaining every little thing she's putting on you. Again I've been going off and on cause it's cheap and she's nice, but she's not my #1 spot to choice for facials. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they're MAJOR DOWNFALL is that they take a long time to answer your phone call. It rings, rings, and rings which leads to the voicemail and then they usually respond to your voicemail the next day. Also, the receptionist 75% of the time she'll be nice, but I've witnessed her have passive aggressive confrontation with the customers.
