After being recommended two peptides by their in-house doctor, I trusted their advice only to end up hospitalized after months of use. I later discovered these peptides should have never been prescribed to someone with my medical history. What makes this worse is the complete lack of accountability from the staff and ownership. For months, I was told that I would be credited $1,800 for the unopened vials multiple employees confirmed this. But once I followed up on the refund, I was met with nothing but runaround responses, delays, and ultimately, flat-out disrespect. The final straw? The OWNER himself got on the phone with me and, instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, aggressively cursed me out. He told me to "go f*** myself" and sarcastically dared me to "do whatever I want." This is the level of professionalism you can expect from Elevate Miami. Their behavior is not just unethical it's dangerous. Recommending peptides that led to hospitalization, lying about credits, and having a business owner verbally abuse a paying customer is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY from this place. There are far better, safer, and more professional clinics out there. I'm pursuing further action, and I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

I receive the cavitation treatment and even thought the actual procedure is fine (which is why I will go until my treatment is finished), the hygiene is below all standards. The massage table and pillow were only covered with a towel, no sanitary paper and the pillow had make-up stains from the previous, who knows how many, clients! Since I go with a friend, I know for a fact that the towels themselves were not exchanged between clients YUCK. It doesn't stop there! The machines themselves come into contact with a clients skin through the transmission gel, and I saw gel still stuck on there from whomever was treated before me. After my session was over I watched as the technician simply wiped them down with a used towel she had picked up off the floor, no sanitizer! DOUBLE YUCK. But it still doesn't stop there! When my treatment was done, the technician picked up another used towel from the pile on the floor and wiped my legs with it. EWW...I wonder how many people were treated before me and wiped down with the same towel!! This place needs a health inspection ASAP! The technician does not leave the room for you to get undressed and dressed again, and you are not covered up for privacy, which should be standard procedures. Oh and twice already another employee simply walked in and started chatting with the technician who was working on me. I was never asked for permission or covered up for privacy. The reception area is extremely noisy so relaxation is not possible at this SPA.

The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because they're MAJOR DOWNFALL is that they take a long time to answer your phone call. It rings, rings, and rings which leads to the voicemail and then they usually respond to your voicemail the next day. Also, the receptionist 75% of the time she'll be nice, but I've witnessed her have passive aggressive confrontation with the customers. Fortunately, I've only experienced her passive aggressive attitude once and hope never again because I really enjoy coming here.
