Without asking or clearing it with me, he removed thousands of files from Lightroom, including many 5-star rated ones I currently use. My computer even crashed following one of his operations. (See photo) He couldn't fix What he'd done. At first, he agreed to reimburse me, but then said he wouldn't give me anything back. I had to pay someone else to clean up his mess, and then to do the work I'd hired Mehul to do in the first place. As soon as I said to Mehul that I wanted my money back, he got nasty and began telling "untruths" about what had occurred. A huge waste of my time and money. Would not recommend.

They examined it thoroughly and ultimately diagnosed the problem as a fault in the motherboard. The solution turned out to be putting my solid state drive into another laptop several generations newer....effectively salvaging all my data and apps on a newer machine...all this for a few hundred bucks. They were extremely communicative, provided a fast resolution and ensured my PC was working to the best of it's ability. Turns out it wasn't the jack insert that was the problem, but the charge cable itself. They ordered a new cable for me and i had my netbook back in working order in a shorter time then i had originally anticipated. The cable was extremely affordable and works great. I wouldn't normally do any review for service companies with the problems I have had in the past, BUT, I felt compelled to write and tell people about the excellent experience I just had with Tech'd Out. Both of my computers were having serious problems; one where I actually watched as someone hacked my password. Then Dave found a Trogan file embedded that I never knew about. He sped up my computer which BELL took credit for at a huge cost, saving me a lot of money monthly canceling the additional BELL fees, and he added some programs I needed for writing my novel easier (which also saved me thousands in editing costs).
