In fact, ignoring the fact that I refused their offer to have anything added. The excuse offered was that she wanted to make my job "look nicer". The changes made it badly proportioned and the added border was tacky and cheesy. In the subsequent communication with the owner, she was argumentative and defensive. She said I shouldn't have left it to the last minute (which it was not) and perhaps I should have gotten a proof (which was not offered). I was then invited to use Staples in future. While I will not be taking up that particular invitation, I will not bringing future jobs, neither personal nor business, to Split Second. Ever.

They even had to explain that to my mother since she was wanting a rectangle size print from a square photo, they can crop to get close - but they won't stretch or misshapen photos. Re: Response from the owner At no point did I mention anything in my review about needing a different size unit. Consolidating into a smaller unit is not an option. You are missing the point ... the point is that when I signed up for $159.99/month there was no discussion at the initial meeting to say 'BTW ... there will be increases 6 months in and every year after'. This should be clearly indicated on your website (like your free month advertising) and should be a conversation up front. I can assure you if I had been told I would be paying an extra $480 per year I would have looked elsewhere. Additionally, with regard to the 'Response from the owner' ... Grass along our fence line which attracted tics which we found on one our dogs, as he frequently pees along the fence. They now the grass around any items (small toys) that are left in the grass. They don't weed wack properly (we watched them weed wack around the water spout on the corner of the house, and then act as though they were going to cut around the bird feeder, but then walked away and left 6in. Of grass behind) Devon also nearly ran over my friend with the riding lawn mower, going as fast as it could go. She was only about 6 inches max away from the mower when it went by - she moved by the house to move out of his way and he still came extremely close to her. He also came very close to my neighbours truck with that same riding mower. Their work is choppy at best and I would highly recommend that you find another company to work with, who is more professional and less reckless with the property and its residents.
