Mehul has been fixing my family's devices for years and five stars doesn't even begin to cut it. He is fast, reliable, well priced, and convenient. The first time I took a device to him, he repaired the damage done to my iPhone by another repair shop, and most recently he resolved a power issue on a new Acer laptop that I had written off as dead despite still being under warranty. After spending a year communicating with head office, sending my unit in multiple times for repair, and even receiving a replacement laptop that had ended up having the exact same issues, I decided to void the warranty and take it to Mehul. I can't begin to tell you the relief I felt when he fixed the problem as quickly as the replacement part came in and have not had an issue with it since. In short, Mehul is better and more capable than Acer's entire technical support department. He is local, so you don't need to allow 2-3 business days before diagnostics or worry about the currier, and he let me take my computer home so I could still work while we waited on the part. first of all, I once took my Computer to Geek Shack. BAD IDEA.. Those guys do not know what they are doing, and their consulting is not good at all. I spoke with Mehul over the phone, then took it in to him, and he offered me some suggestions on what to make of a new computer. With some ideas of his, and what I wanted, He made me what I wanted, with absolutely no questions, and offered a few ideas for an upgrade. I still , to this day, go to Mehul for everything. I had a bad sdd 1 tb drive, die on me, and I took my pc in, and we both suggested ideas, and I got what I wanted( a 2 tb HDD drive.) He will not throw you under the bus, he knows what he is talking about, and if you know what you want, he will get you what you want.
