I went to Dr. Han after a recommendation from a co-worker for my foot pain. He was able to assess my feet for orthotics and show me exercises to alleviate the pain. By following his advice, my foot pain has improved greatly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. His staff was courteous and well organized. The office was very clean and up to date. Dr. Han was rude and didn't listen to what I was saying! I had to repeat myself 3 times! He is VERY incompetent and unprofessional! He didn't even want to send the clip of my toe nails to the lab and he was supposed to send both toes nails for my left and my right toe nail but he only sent my right toe nail to the lab for a pathology! He then, because he didn't want to send anything to the lab he says it is fungus, I then said I still want to have this sent to the lab! It turned out that it wasn't fungal nail, that it WASN'T and he only sent in my right toe nail not my left! He of course denied this and said he sent both but that's a lie and he also denied saying he didn't say it was definitely fungus and that is also a lie and I knew he was going to lie about both of these things before I asked him about it and another thing he refused to call me back when I called the first time so I had to call back the next day and he refused to call me and get on the phone when I called and I made a big deal about it how can a Dr. not call the patient back and when I called the lab who did the pathology they even said you have to call the dr. and ask him about these questions I have but he refused to call me back and because he didn't want to talk to me I was on the phone at that time with the lab again when a call finally came in on my call waiting and it was unprofessional Dr. Han! Dr. Han is a real joke! The staff is also a joke! I felt a negative vibe when I first walked in and right after my appointment I was thinking is there a bench outside so I can get out of there to wait for the cab? BUT I didn't see one so I had to stay in that waiting room! So then the staff, rude as they are said there is a bench outside that I  I had to leave the waiting room because they are trying to limit the number of people in the waiting room because of covid lol BUT there was NOBODY in the waiting room but me which makes me laugh and if it wasn't for the fact that I was already thinking immediately where is there a bench so I can get out of there to get away from all these negative idiot people to wait for the cab, I would have definitely stayed in that waiting room until the cab picked me up no matter what they said! Nobody tells me to leave a waiting room when I was a patient, I would have stayed, no doubt about it if I didn't already think of wanting to leave! I would have stayed in that waiting room until the cab came but because I couldn't wait to get out of there I left and waited 5 more minutes until the cab came, too bad that they didn't tell me to leave and that there is a bench outside 20 minutes sooner then I would have been away from that place sooner! No other professional business has ever done that before! They are so CRAZY! Stay, Stay, Stay away from this place! RUDE RUDE PEOPLE! read more
