Sat in the chair for about 30 mins until someone came and checked on me. Sent me to get xrays, the lady started the xrays and then said she had to go help someone else real quick. Left me sitting in the xray room for 15 mins. She came back, finished and told me to go sit back in the chair and the dentist would come see me. Sat in the chair for about 45 mins irritated already. When the dentist finally came, looked at my teeth and said we can not do a cleaning, you need a,b, and c done and we can do it all today. By that time I had been there almost 3 hours already and said no I would schedule another day. She then told me to sit in the lobby to schedule next appointment, waited for over 15 mins and was never called, so got up and left. Will never go back! Horrible! Over 3 hours and all that was done was an xray.

The ENTIRE staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing! We checked in promptly at 7:55 for our 8am appointment and had a brief wait until we were both brought back to the exam rooms. My X-ray tech was professional, friendly and not only did he explain the process he also asked me if I had any questions. Next was my hygienist and again she was friendly, professional and also asked me if I had any concerns or questions. The billing office was the same, professional, friendly and explained everything as well. Not sure why all the negative reviews here on Yelp when the reviews on their website (Google) are much, much more positive. I would recommend these folks should you need dental work. When we got back to our car I asked my husband how his visit was and he had the same opinion as I did and he had different staff members than I did. Oh and I called to lodge a complaint over the phone and my request was supposed to have been upgraded to one of their senior complaint supervisors who was supposed to call me, which never happened. By the time I get to the office the young gentlemen at the desk has a clip board with my paperwork ready to roll and they have me processed and in a chair in 15 minutes. Doc hooks me up with the medicine I need to fight the toothache and has me back in the chair in 4 days. When I return for the tooth extraction the doc and his lovely assistant come in numb the tooth and again in about a 30 minute window if not less job is done and I'm out of there.
