Now, we are on regular bi-yearly visits and I couldn't be more pleased with the practice. Everyone is always friendly. There is never any pressure to have procedures or services that are not necessary. And, for me personally, my hygienist (Amy) has very gentle hands and a bubbly personality. I actually look forward to going for my cleanings, which I never ever thought I'd say.

This dentist was very rude to my son. He got upset because my son was scared to get a shot in his…read moremouth and was not opening his mouth so he told him "you're wasting everybody's time." Then he proceeded to get more upset and told my 7 year old.."if you don't let me work on your tooth today you can't come back to my office." After a while my son was still scared and crying so he got upset and said "fine. Just get a hole in your tooth and someone else can just pull it out. You're acting like a baby." & then he dropped his tool on the tray and just walked out. He hurt my son's feelings so badly and it was a terrible experience. He clearly does not work well with kids or have patience for kids. After we left my son was just crying and saying I'm sorry mama, I guess I am just a baby. I feel so dumb. it was awful. Do not recommend taking children to see him.

The ENTIRE staff from check in to check out were absolutely amazing! We checked in promptly at 7:55 for our 8am appointment and had a brief wait until we were both brought back to the exam rooms. My X-ray tech was professional, friendly and not only did he explain the process he also asked me if I had any questions. Next was my hygienist and again she was friendly, professional and also asked me if I had any concerns or questions. The billing office was the same, professional, friendly and explained everything as well. Not sure why all the negative reviews here on Yelp when the reviews on their website (Google) are much, much more positive. I would recommend these folks should you need dental work. When we got back to our car I asked my husband how his visit was and he had the same opinion as I did and he had different staff members than I did. I have used them in the past and although it took them 3 times trying to make dentures for me, they finally agreed to refund my original purchase price for them. I would not recommend this particular practice to anyone. If I could give their service a 0, I would. Oh and I called to lodge a complaint over the phone and my request was supposed to have been upgraded to one of their senior complaint supervisors who was supposed to call me, which never happened.
