LuxMD advertised Botox for $13 per unit, but I later learned I was injected with Leytbo, a different product that was never disclosed up front. That is a classic bait-and-switch. I even returned for a touch-up before realizing what happened. When we questioned it, the clinic confirmed Leytbo was used and refused to make it right. Because of this, I have filed a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California. Patients deserve honesty about what is being injected into their bodies. I would not recommend this clinic.
