For having such a cute nose my entire life, I did get into a major accident as a child where I didn't realize how much internal damage had been done. Dr C. was super knowledgeable explaining everything in detail and coming up with a solid plan with potential surgery down the line to fix my severe deviated septum. I knew it ! She was friendly and apologetic for the long wait times. She gave me a solid game plan, something I hadn't gotten in the past from other doctors. Actually, the receptionist wouldn't let me schedule an appointment with them. I'm deaf and I used a relay service to call them. The receptionist wouldn't even take the time to put down my name and agree on a time and date with me. She constantly put me on hold, then she told me to have someone else to call for me. I am a 24-year-old woman. I don't need to rely on other people to run my personal errands for me. I am not an invalid. Because of that, I asked her if I could email her instead, but she hung up on me. If that's any indication on how the doctor practices medicine, I'd steer away from them if I were you.

I've been deathly sick for the past 3 days :( I've had the worst ear infection due to sinus congestion and he was able to squeeze me in at the last minute! I feel we got pretty lucky. Dr. Glick is great. We've been seeing him since 2006. Dr. Glick is an excellent doctor with a better bedside manner. He has a good understanding of health and well being and is very honest. He's definitely looking out for my health. I, especially, appreciate his honesty. For example, my wife had an appointment with Dr. Glick. I just came along for the company. I was seeing a ear, nose and throat specialist. Ironically, I was not even his scheduled patient and Dr. Glick recommended getting a second opinion at Loyola. We took his advice and learned the procedures were not only unnecessary, but painful. I was ready to do it b/c I was so miserable and I wanted to trust my doctor. I didn't do the procedures and started doing a sinus rinse everyday and the problem is pretty much gone. He has a very nice office in Alexian Brothers. His staff is friendly and I've never had a problem.
