I left Luke this morning & went to work expecting to come home to a spotless apartment. I booked a DEEP CLEAN. My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is pretty good shape. One of the bathrooms and bedrooms were pretty much already cleaned. Walked into my bedroom & it's looked exactly how I left it except for the fact that he swept the floors. Bed was unmade (had to ask him to make it) Soap marks still on the bathroom walls. I run my feet through my area rug and it was not vacuumed well at all. There's still crumbs/dirt at the edge of my couch. Grease still on stove top Spots on bedroom mirror Nightstand untouched, there's still dust & hair on it. there was so many missed items to the point where I just preferred that he leave. I booked Luke because I didn't have the time to clean but I am deeply regretting spending my money on this "deep clean" I shouldn't not have to re-clean my apartment after booking you to do a deep a clean. Never again.

My menu contains a lot of fried items, therefore it gets really greasy in the kitchen. By the time these guys get on the job, you'll never know it was in operation. They have high power equipment and chemicals to leave the kitchen and appliances looking brand spanking new. I have zero worries if a health inspector was to pop into my place. I paid for a package and did not receive the services that I paid for -- they knew that they couldn't handle the job and said nothing. I purchased the Move-Out package (empty apartment) and added inside oven cleaning (additional fee) the job was done poorly without a follow up that they couldn't fulfill most of the work. The cleaner left all my lights and doors unlocked after cleaning which clearly shows a lack of care of my home. When I asked them to rectify the issues that I raised, I was told that my cabinets were unreachable which is why they were not cleaned (see attached photo of my cabinets located in a BASEMENT where the height is beyond reachable). Also, why not tell your client ahead of time or ask for a step stool? They said that the photos of my bathroom was not the bathroom that their professional cleaned (WOW)... so now they are experiencing loss of memory. Also, you are now accusing your customer of lying (photos don't lie especially when it's time stamped). Basic toilet cleaning was not done. Overall, this company is a waist of time and money. I would of respected honesty instead they deflected with poor excuses.
