They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

Once you take your clothes out of the washer, they are sanitizing inside and out. No more strange smells after someone takes their supposedly clean load out and no more bringing my own sanitizing products to wipe down the washers before use. They take care of it for you! Floors stay mopped and clean so you don't feel so bad if you drop a panty or two. Other laundromats I will throw away any piece of clothing that falls to the ground but here, I'll kindly rewash them. That says a LOT. If you need any detergent, laundry bags (plastic or cloth), bleach, dryer sheets, fabric softener, etc., they've got a little convenient store and a vending machine inside to get all the stuff you need. I went to pick up my laundry just a couple of days later (it took a bit longer because of the July 4 holiday) and they were perfectly clean and folded!
