ALL requests are immediately and efficiently handled. The physician returns phone calls promptly and staff members get me instant answers to questions. The office is immaculately clean as well as beautifully and comfortably appointed. The staff is pleasant, professional and highly competent. Few physicians realize how much damage an inept staff does to their reputation and thus their income. The Office Manager, Joe, is simply amazing, I am ashamed to say that, if I still owned my business, I would try to hire him. I have some difficult health issues and have received the best and most conscientious care possible. Dr. Lipari correctly adjusted my medications when I first became his patient and recently took excellent care of me through two bouts of Covid and a complicated and not overly successful hip replacement resulting in painful bed sores. He is available 24/7 and watches every detail of my health issues. He is likable, compassionate, professional and never arrogant, a not uncommon trait in many competent and highly respected physicians. An average appointment is an hour and he is never rushed. I am a strong personality and he manages me with finesse and respect. There are not enough superlatives at my disposal to adequately laud this practice,

He will take your concerns seriously and provide the necessary care whether it be referrals or lab work. He was so incredibly kind and I highly recommend him. The nurses are also very sweet and personable. Additionally, I was actually called in at my scheduled appointment time which is rare for a doctor's office. No complaints here.

I also appreciated the convenience of having an in office lab, which made visits much easier. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the billing department have been extremely frustrating. Charges are being added that should be fully covered under my insurance plan, which clearly states these services are preventive and free of cost. Instead of handling this directly, the billing department places the burden on the patient to call, dispute, and repeatedly follow up with insurance. This has taken an unreasonable amount of time and effort. If you have hours to devote to fighting billing issues and disputing charges, this may still be an option for you. The care itself is not bad. However, if you do not have the time or patience to deal with ongoing billing problems, I would strongly recommend avoiding this facility.

I had to come here as Social Security assigned him to me to do my Disability evaluation. From the…read moremoment I walked in the door the staff was hostile and rude and ableist openly making fun of me. Dr. Mark refused to wear a mask and actually slammed the door on my walker! He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.

Before my appointment, I completed all of the required forms through the patient portal. At no point did anyone from the office contact me to explain what I needed to bring or verify that everything was in order. Since most insurance companies no longer issue physical insurance cards, I had already uploaded my insurance information and ID through the portal. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told there was an issue with my insurance and that I couldn't be seen. The staff was not helpful in explaining the problem or offering a solution. I called my insurance company while I was in the office, and they confirmed that, based on my plan, I should have been able to see any provider. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the office created unnecessary obstacles that ultimately prevented me from being seen. I wasted 30 minutes of my day and left without receiving any care. My experience with the front office and customer service was extremely disappointing. Before scheduling an appointment here, I would recommend making sure every insurance detail has been verified in advance, because the office does not appear to do this proactively. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

We go in and see the doctor. He says I don't need to see you back for several months, yet we still can't get prescription refills. Doctor Torres has been constantly "out on medical leave." There has also been times they have called to try and move appointment times up because the doctor wants to leave early. Meanwhile, my husband is taking time off work to go to his appointments! Just a complete disaster. Save yourself the hassle.
