This place was a nightmare (I visited a month back). After reading such great reviews from here I…read moredecided to go here, because I was in extreme pain. Yes the clinic is nicely setup, but everything is handled by the assistants. First, they do a fancy test on your back (about which I researched properly after coming home because they don't explain to you what it means). Then the assistant asks you basic questions about your lifestyle.
The doctor will come in later for and without any connection, start lecturing you like crazy for 20 mins, playing mind games with you and makes you feel extremely worthless and scared of the whole process (If you don't believe me please go to him and you will see what I mean). He will tell you that he is the best doctor here. Then he will make you lie on the machine and probe you here and there, after 5 minutes he will tell you to get up, and then blame it on you by saying "you are so scared I can't do anything, come back again tomorrow".
Then you go home confused and demotivated, especially when you are in so much pain, and come back again the next day, really hoping that the doctor will adjust you because the pain is unbearable. Again he will do nothing but give you a loooong lecture of how shitty and useless you are, and praise himself.
Then the assistant will take over again and show you stupid charts and play with words to make you believe shit. At the end of the 2 days, with no adjustment done, they will ask you to buy the "10 visits card" for 600-700 euros which is a complete scam. They play with the human mind without explaining to them their condition or giving them a solution. They will also try to sell you herbal tea etc for more money.
I am glad I had read and done so much research online about chiropractor that I truly understood what I need for my body but I feel bad for patients who trust this doctor and think that he will help them! Save your money please.
P.S. If you are sensible enough, you will see that this is a whole cult of doctors in Hamburg trying to squeeze out patients money without helping them. Do your research and you will be able to identify them, misleading people.
After this horrible experience I found a really great chiropractor (Look into Gonstead practitioners) who listened to me and my history properly, examined me with peace and described to me what he was doing and told me how many sittings it will take, and my health and body is extremely well now.
