Professional, efficient and friendly. Not sure what else you might am want in a compounding pharmacy-- but it's all here. I especially like I can get 2 months bioidenticals in one container, saving money. Also, the design of the containers make it easy to apply the right amount every time. They offer free delivery with UPS to make it more convenient. read more

Super disappointing experience today. I called to see if my prescription was ready, was told yes. I paid over the phone and requested outside the store pick up. I was told no issue and had done this same process before. Upon arrival my prescription was not ready, 2 employees not wearing masks, and one continuously tried to get me to come inside, which I declined. A 3rd unmasked employee who was entering the store went in and brought out my meds. read more

I love this pharmacy . I get my bio identicals here and they have a much better quality base. They are cheaper and combine all into one so I do not have to pay for three separate creams. They are also very knowledgable and helpful. I get all of my prescriptions here. read more

There was a miscommunication among the pharmacy staff regarding my script which resulted in a delay in getting it filled. But once the issue was discovered and brought to their attention, the pharmacist bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. He showed excellent customer recovery and care and I couldn't have asked for anything more. read more

I took a closer look and found that a dead bug was in the bottle alongside my pills. I'm absolutely disgusted and can't imagine how unhygienic this pharmacy must be to miss a whole black bug in a bottle of white pills. I won't be back to this CVS under any circumstances and will stick with Walgreens.

This particular location, the Publix near Lake Eola, is not a location I shop FREQUENTLY, but it is one that I pass through more than some other locations. It is centrally located, making it fairly easy to get to. It has FREE parking underground - which is a perk in that area because street parking, pending the day and time, can get a bit tricky to find. The staff is usually always kind. Since it is near Lake Eola, this location does get a lot of foot traffic, so at times, it can get congested. It is a bit smaller than some other locations, but again, you can get a good amount of what you need here. Outside of that, it's your standard grocery store.

First, seating can be a challenge. There is plenty of outdoor seating but not much indoors. The day we went it was pretty hot and sitting outside was not the most enjoyable experience at times. Second, I fully support spending money at local businesses but the tipping culture here felt a bit excessive. I bought a bag of coffee beans with no drink and was prompted for a tip. I spent $45 for 12 pieces of chocolates at Oban Chocolatier and was asked for a tip there too. Same thing when I spent about $25 on four cookies at Gideon's Bakehouse. I am happy to support but it started to feel like a lot in a not enjoyable way. Third, the hours between vendors can be a bit awkward. We came around brunch time which worked for some spots but others were not open yet. For example, Domu does not open until dinner (5PM) and Gyukatsu Rose was not opening until later in the afternoon (3 PM) Overall, I think this is a great place to check out especially if you enjoy trying a variety of local spots. Just plan ahead for seating and timing and be prepared for lots of tip prompts along the way.

The bag policy permits only clear bags, except for diaper bags and bags for medical items. There is a maximum of 2 minors per paid adult allowed. All minors 17 and under have to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian 21+. There were guided parking and ample parking spaces when we arrived. Check points were set up for bag checks, metal detectors and of course ticket collection. The staff members working the bag check and the exit gate were courteous and polite. The Fairgrounds was not crowded so it was easy to walk about and not bump into other people. There was law enforcement presence inside and outside the Fairgrounds.

I tried this pharmacy after trying 8 others, calling my insurance company for recommendations and trying out of state pharmacies. My doctor had written me a prescription for a compound cream for foot and no one seemed to be able to make it. After multiple attempts with different locations I called this pharmacy and am so happy I did. I faxed everything over, they called me back and the cream was ready in two days. When it wasn't ready in one day they offered to drive it to my home when it was. What! Now, that is great customer service! Great old time looking place that you remember from growing up. A true pharmacy. Good deals on vitamins. This pharmacy is located in a strip mall with a gold's gym, outback and sushi restaurant. They have even gone so far as to tell me after 45 days of not having a prescription filled that I would have to wait an additional day which delayed my flight arrangements that I need the anxiety prescription to be able to fly yesterday I picked up my prescription a different pharmacist question me again about the milligrams and the amount of prescribed medication I'm a grown woman in my 50s I have been on this medication for quite a while I am responsible I have not been in legal problems my doctor is still providing it to me it helps with my anxiety my premenopause and my tinnitus I do not appreciate being questioned by the pharmacists who questioned my doctors prescriptions and then drill me and remind me in a degrading manner that I have been on this prescription for a long time when the prescription is for 30 days and I get it filled between 45 and 50 days not every month they have no reason to question me I have no record no criminal record no problem with my prescriptions and I would wish they would cease and desist grilling me and just fill my prescription thank me and send me on my way rather than try to talk down to me for taking the prescription prescribed by my doctor they have a lot of nerve and they are not physicians and I take great offense to their questioning
