I now have permanent leg damage where I cannot feel my leg 90% then shortly after I had the back surgery the disc he repaired herniated out the other side, which I know can't happen Dr. Gleber then wanted to do a surgery where he would take out my rib to repair the disc and it would've been a lengthy surgery. I went to a surgeon at the Mayo. He did the surgery in an hour and a half didn't have to do anything with a rib and I've never had a problem with that thoracic disc again I'm so sorry that I went to Dr. Klever and I did pay him out-of-pocket $130,000 which he begged for the money like he was gonna miss his next Meal so now my life is pretty much ruined but I didn't have to be

Before surgery, I saw 3 different doctors, all couldn't spend more than 5 -15 minutes trying to explain something I'm freaking out about. Dr. Billinghurst reviewed scans, reports and x-rays recommending surgery. We felt totally confident in Dr. Billinghurst & weren't disappointed. My husband developed a staph infection & he worked with the team of infectious disease experts & aggressively opened& flushed the wound. It's been 6 months he's be in the care of Dr. Billinghurst & he has his life back!

For those who have issues with their back, Dr Billinghurst should be your go-to doctor to address…read moreyour back issues.Unfortunately Yelp only allows a maximum of 5 stars otherwise I would rate him higher. For starters, Dr Billinghurst has a very good bedside manner. He tells you what needs to be done in a way that even if you are not well versed in the medical field you can understand it and not feel as if he is talking down to you. When I have needed injections he told me where the pain would be and how much pain. He also mentions if you will feel pressure as opposed to pain. When it turned out I needed surgery, he told me what to expect. He also mentioned that if I chose to have a 2nd opinion, the answers I could expect to get from other doctors. After my surgery, he monitored me and had me come in on a timely basis to check on my progress. After recovering from my surgery, I will say that I can do a whole lot more and in a lot less pain. On this note when he does give you an injection, it is not as painful as when other doctors do it. I thought before he gave me the epidurals they would be quite painful. Thankfully they were not and I have had other doctors give me an epidural. They were more painful. He also is more thorough. One other thing I need to add here; a while back I had a follow-up appointment for 1:30. Sonia his assistant called me around 12 that day to say that he was running behind. If we moved the appointment to 2, he would be able to see me without a delay. Like I said, I would rate him more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend Dr Billinghurst for your back issues. You will be glad you saw him for it.

Prior to the completion of the testing we tried to schedule our next appointment. It seems this could not be done without the testing being completed. The rationale was poorly explained. At the completion of the testing we were only able to make an appointment with his Medical Assistant. At that time we also made an appointment with him for a month after the MA visit. The MA visit was well done and we expected to see Dr. Robinson to get further advice. Only by visiting the office without an appointment did we find out that we were being passed off to another doctor. The pass off was never communicated and poorly explained. We were never to see Dr Robinson him again and thus felt abandoned. He and his office staff should be ashamed of our treatment. There has been no apology and no further communication has been forthcoming. It has been the worst medical experience of our lives. Be very wary of this doctor and his office. You may not get the care or treatment you expect and deserve.

After several visits, Dr. Katakuri thought I would be a good candidate for an epidural. None of my other doctors suggested this but I decided to try it and I am glad I did. I only expected this to be a standard first visit, but I found some immediate relief for most of my pain almost immediately (even if only for a couple of hours). On the day of my procedure, the insurer had failed to authorize the rfa ablation and I had to cancel the procedure. After a tug of war with insurer, and trying to get them to approve the procedure in time for a 12/23/24 date, it was still too late and the office was scheduled to be closed on 12/24/2024. After the end of business on 12/23/2024, the office called me that they had approval for the procedure and instead of waiting to the third date that was set for on 01/09/2025, the doctor opened his office on the 24th to do my procedure. What else is there to say, from closed to open for me? I am so grateful. This should be 7 stars!!!

On my second appointment, first appointment was virtual, I was prescribed a medication used by mental health patients, perhaps they believed the issue was not physical, but mental. I had some strange reactions to the medication, I called to let them know and was advice not to take it but was never prescribed anything else. On my last visit, Dr. Friedman told me, "I don't know what's causing your headache" and "I want to see you within two weeks". That didn't make sense to me, so I decided not to see him again. My headaches continued and kept getting worse, so I went to a local healthcare center for help. The doctor was not available and was seen by a head nurse. He sent me to get a cervical spine x-ray, which show there were issues. A subsequent MRI confirmed my condition was caused by cervical stenosis, which since I have gone through physical therapy, an orthopedic surgeon and now been I've been referred to a neurosurgeon for possible surgery. I really find it difficult to believe that it took a head nurse to so quickly diagnose an issue, when a Neurologist was not even closed to a diagnose even after my four visits. By the way, I give the place a four-star rating because of their wonderful staff.
