Bill Taylor was in constant contact through my initial visits through post surgery check-ins with all insurance issues squeezed in the middle. Everyone at each office was extremely nice and helpful. They performed lower back surgery that has done wonders and then a cervical fusion with a cervical prosthetic on top. Waiting for the results, but a week in and I'm back to normal activities. I'll surely turn back the clock 15 years having gone through the pill mill and PT suggestions over and over with more pain. Great practice all around. They deserve 10 stars!!!!!!!

For starters, Dr Billinghurst has a very good bedside manner. He tells you what needs to be done in a way that even if you are not well versed in the medical field you can understand it and not feel as if he is talking down to you. When I have needed injections he told me where the pain would be and how much pain. He also mentions if you will feel pressure as opposed to pain. When it turned out I needed surgery, he told me what to expect. He also mentioned that if I chose to have a 2nd opinion, the answers I could expect to get from other doctors. After my surgery, he monitored me and had me come in on a timely basis to check on my progress. After recovering from my surgery, I will say that I can do a whole lot more and in a lot less pain. On this note when he does give you an injection, it is not as painful as when other doctors do it. I thought before he gave me the epidurals they would be quite painful. Thankfully they were not and I have had other doctors give me an epidural. They were more painful. He also is more thorough. One other thing I need to add here; a while back I had a follow-up appointment for 1:30. Sonia his assistant called me around 12 that day to say that he was running behind. If we moved the appointment to 2, he would be able to see me without a delay. Like I said, I would rate him more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend Dr Billinghurst for your back issues. She had knee surgery and was very impressed it went so smooth. I thought I needed knee surgery I don't. It's shocking I was told I had bone on bone but X-rays taken there show differently. He spent time explaining everything. Gave me referral for pt and a prescription for pain and inflammation if needed. I will be getting my shots from him even though it's a bit of a drive he's so worth it. I have complete confidence in him!
