I had no issues with the X-ray tech or the PA who I saw. I thought they were very professional and knowledgable. Reception, however, is a disaster. First, there is nothing preventing the whole lobby from hearing everything you discuss with the receptionist. The seating area is very close to the reception window. I felt very uncomfortable with so many people listening (whether they had bad intentions or not). Next, on both occasions, the receptionist seemed like I was truly inconveniencing her by being there. Rude, short, loud. No "please" or "thank you's." I just really didn't appreciate it. There was no concept of customer service at all.

Assisting her was Emily. These two women chatted with me and relieved my anxiety. Excellent training was evident. Personable, knowledgeable and appeared to love their work. Very refreshing. Thank you for making this a stress free experience. The hospital is immaculate. It is a modern, trend setting addition to North Walton County. So happy to have chosen North Walton Doctors Hospital. Very selective…read more This chiropractor went to Palmer the top chiropractic school based off my personal testing of chiropractors from various school. The second school I look for is Parker. People need hand manipulation not tools and gadgets and 10 different tables. They need someone who can carefully move/manipulate the bones that are stuck out of place and are causing nerve pain and damage. This chiropractor made my daughter's back and neck feel right again immediately and thats priceless. A good chiropractor is priceless and hard to explain until you have had both good and bad and have learned the difference in what makes one better than another. I have 50 years personal experience of injuries needing good chiropractic care. If I add my mother's experience who couldn't move without a good chiropractor and that of my children's injuries and seeing them heal immediately by a good chiropractor and made worse by an inept one then I have multiple lifetimes of expertise to testify. I like to help people find the quality care they need being it's not found in every office you walk in. You will be really happy you found this doctor. Never have I had to come in 3-4x week for the foreseeable future to "help my back". I have always come in when my back or neck was hurting - a few snap crackles and pops later - I was good as new and came back on an AS needed basis. When you're not insured for Chiro and it's 60$ a pop- it's a good way to lose money fast - NOT at Platinum- he has a health plan. I get 4 visits a month for less than 100$. I travel when I work so this is do-able. He doesn't tell you when to come back or that you "HAVE" to - which is what I love - and appreciate. I've been seeing him. Here and there for a couple months and my back is great. My mom is becoming a regular as her back and arthritis gives her heck and he provides great relief for her. Thumbs up - he's great and is availability is awesome as well!!

My recent medical test went fine, but trying to deal with the center's scheduling department is…read moreridiculous. When you call to schedule a procedure the attendant is difficult to understand. Then when you've determined a date and time, the attendant gives you all of the preparatory steps verbally over the phone. The center doesn't or won't send you instructions via the portal or email. You have to write down the address of the particular facility where your procedure will take place and how much time before your appointment you're expected to arrive to fill out paperwork. There are no appointment reminders or confirmations. It's just crazy. My physician's office doesn't work this way. They're able to send me info when I schedule an appointment, have me check in online beforehand, remind me when I need to be somewhere, and let me know exactly where it is I need to go. In the future when I need some type of medical test, I plan to get it done elsewhere.
