I begged to be seen, I had been waiting on this appointment for the severe pain in my feet and they wanted to reschedule me for several weeks. I was crying and my husband go upset and tried to reason with them. I went outside and they told him to get out and that the Dr. now refuses to see me as a patient. The lack of compassion, the screw up of their call system, the fact that they were going to make me pay for their mistake is mind blowing. I would not trust or recommend this office to an enemy much less anyone I care about.

I've tried unsuccessfully 3 days now and have sacrificed hours waiting. No one ever calls me back or responds to a message. After several months it was determined that I would have surgery and have a spinal tap stimulator surgically implanted into my spine. Since it would be several months before Dr. Messiner (who does the actual surgery) could see me, Dr. Xzavier contacted Dr. Howell's office to have a prescription for Loritabs written for my pain, Dr. Howell's office scheduled an appointment for me to be seen again. When I was seen at Dr. Howell's office I was specifically told that because of my age and the prevalent addiction to this pain medicine in our town that I would not be able to receive the medication that controls my pain. (Can you say profiling) I called Dr. Howell the next day (Tuesday) and requested an appointment to discuss how I was treated by his PA. On Friday I received a certified letter from Dr. Howell dropping me as a patient. When I contacted Dr. Howell's office I was told I was dropped because I "kept trying to see them for a prescription after being referred to pain management" When I pointed out that Dr. Xzavier had scheduled the appointment for me, they had nothing to say. Let me also point out that I work for the City of DeFuniak Springs, run a 5 man inmate crew, and have random drug tests that I have never failed. This doctor will profile you and drop you as a patient if you try to make a complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the B.B.B.

I always request two shots. Helps make sure it's numb. But he knew how much to give with the first shot. Never felt the drill. Which is amazing. Also he had this mouth drain that not only sucks the water out but holds my tongue down. Not worried about the drill........and keeping that tongue under control. Going back for a root canal in a couple weeks. Best dental visit I've had in a long time.

I am displeased with my lenses I received. I have worn corrective glasses for 50 years and know when the lenses are misaligned. Because the person peeping to order new lenses was in such a rush when getting the proper measurements for the lenses I believe they were ordered incorrectly. I know they will not be bothered by such a survey since they primarily deal with Medicare clients, but I will not grace their door again.

The last two times she went they said "if it doesn't work this time, we will cut them off ". When I called and asked about why they did not cut them off as they said they would and why they just continued doing the same procedure with out success, I was told that the procedure was explained to my husband and he agreed to it. (My daughter and husband both say it was not explained at all.) Their pledge "To provide services efficiently and always at a fair and reasonable cost." is completely misleading and false information in my opinion.
