My initial visit was fine, the doctor was nice he ordered a bunch of lab work and made a follow up. So I recommended my mother to change her doctor to this facility. The follow up appointment I had I waited 45 minutes to be seen bc someone else came in with an emergency. When the doctor finally came in he was there for maybe 60 seconds to tell me all my lab work was fine and left. I went to the appointment with my mother to ensure that all went well. Again, it was okay. However, the meds she was prescribed were not sent over to the pharmacy. I called several times and her meds were never sent. I called the doctor to let them know a few days later and my mom finally got her meds. Fast forward- my mothers follow up appointment - I receive a call The day before her appointment to call her Insurance to have the doctor changed as her pcp was no longer with the Clinic. When I called the insurance company and was informed that the clinic put in for new authorization back in May to be effective in July. I asked why wasn't my mothers effective date June since it was called in - in May - the insurance person indicated that the doctor my mother was assigned to was due to Leave in July but he was t seeing any patients. I called the clinic to see why no one sent out notification of this new change, I proceeded to tell her that it was unprofessional to do that and she indicated to me that this wasn't the complaint department. I laughed and explained to her that was not how you phrased things to ppl. She did apologize indicating she'd done nothing wrong. She proceeded to give me their corporate office number which I called and have now been on hold for 24 minutes before -no one came to The line. This is unacceptable from a medical Facility. No one there seems to know what they're doing. There's an app where you can Check your appointments and send messages to your provider- well good luck bc no one there seems to know how it works or how to provide access to their patients. Useless and needless to say inefficient and ineffective to have technology and not train your staff on how to use it. It's now been 30 minutes of me on hold yo speak to someone and still no one came. The doctor gave me information that I already received online for free. They provide paperwork full of questions regarding your health and you will need to bring your own blood work from your current doctor, otherwise you'll have to pay out pocket for the blood work. After full review from your short physical exam, your answers from the questions they provide, and review of your blood work; the doctor will give you an overview of what he recommends to help with hollistic healing approaches. He also provides a testimonial presentation of his wife and then gives you an estimation of cost of what he recommends. I looked at the paperwork and my estimation was $4,500. I went home with a piece of paper, a review of health information, and a nice testimony. I believe in the information that was given to me. I just can't afford it. I would recommend offering small steps for people to get healthier and offer a listing of prices for doing so, instead of offering large quote amounts. Not only will they gain more insight and trust with the doctor, they too will have their own testimony and will be more willing to pay higher rates because they too have experienced changes with this office. I would also offer payment plans or smaller deposits in order for patients to experience. It has to be a 'give and take process' when it boils down to gaining relationships with future patients. People believe in natural health, but can only move forward with a budget. Make it more affordable for people. Give more payment options.

Bless the nurse who tried to give me a crash course. Pun intended. I really did try but panicked when I could not move around on them. After convincing them crutches weren't a safe option since I broke my ankle standing up, they offered me an ankle support brace. Two nurses tried to put it on and even the doctor came to help. It didn't feel right after and I referenced the instructions pamphlet that was laying on the bed numerous times before I was taken seriously. Turns out after the doctor read it, the boot was on upside down. Finally it was fixed. Then I was discharged with paperwork and anti inflammatory medication. This is where they lose stars- I then was told I was good to go and leave. I had no assistance with a broken ankle. My foot was bare and I had to hobble to my car. I made it to the exit door which I was opening when the kind woman at the desk asked if I needed a wheelchair. At that point I had already made it and my car was right there so I declined and quite frankly was tired, in pain, and over it. Walking on the floor of urgent care barefoot was very unsanitary. I get I was the last patient of the day but they were still open so the quality of care and attention to detail shouldn't have diminished. Also, I overhead the nurses talking about the grossest things they'd seen while working. I'll spare you those stories.

Other than the waiting though, the nurses/doctors I've dealt with have all been nice. My last visit which was very recent, I had to get sutures. When I got there, I didn't have to wait which to me was a surprise. Everything was great, they were quick in getting to my situation and again everyone was friendly. I was told to do a follow up check before getting the sutures off but I didn't go because I didn't want to pay another copay just so they can tell me it's fine and healing. When I called to check on this, I was given very short answers as though she were in a hurry to get off the phone.

On the plus side, the wait time at this office is phenomenally great usually: I've been in and out in less than an hour more often than not. This most recent visit was 45 minutes, and it included a tour of their new dental set-up. Maybe that would explain why you can't always get an appointment when you want - they actually manage their patient load in a meaningful way. They also sweeten things for patients from time to time. Last summer, they had ready meals that you can go by and pick up (register first) every Friday for a few weeks. This year, there was a 'turkey gift card' ($50) for TG. Unfortunately, it was at a specific time only, and I was not in town that day, and there was no way to get around it. Still, I'm happy enough overall that, for now, I'll continue to call this my primary care provider.

They blocked my son from seeing a neurologist because they said we had to go to them first even though we had been there 3 months ago and had already seen the Neurologist twice. They told me they would give my son an injection that I had to drive an hour to get the medication. They lied and turned us away. Quest charged me for all of them, and when I asked why they said that the doctor had sent the wrong diagnosis code. After maybe 7 messages and phone calls I went back to the clinic and they sent another code to Quest. Still wrong. Besides the doctors see the tests and do not return to the patient if a medication is needed. They are terrible. Acoid the headache. This place makes you sick and then you have a bill to pay due to incompetence.
