I wish I could leave zero stars. I used to go this facility as a back up so I didn't have to drive to VA in Lk Nona. My initial visit was fine, the doctor was nice he ordered a bunch of lab work and made a follow up. So I recommended my mother to change her doctor to this facility. The follow up appointment I had I waited 45 minutes to be seen bc someone else came in with an emergency. When the doctor finally came in he was there for maybe 60 seconds to tell me all my lab work was fine and left. I went to the appointment with my mother to ensure that all went well. Again, it was okay. However, the meds she was prescribed were not sent over to the pharmacy. I called several times and her meds were never sent. I called the doctor to let them know a few days later and my mom finally got her meds. Fast forward- my mothers follow up appointment - I receive a call The day before her appointment to call her Insurance to have the doctor changed as her pcp was no longer with the Clinic. When I called the insurance company and was informed that the clinic put in for new authorization back in May to be effective in July. I asked why wasn't my mothers effective date June since it was called in - in May - the insurance person indicated that the doctor my mother was assigned to was due to Leave in July but he was t seeing any patients. I called the clinic to see why no one sent out notification of this new change, I proceeded to tell her that it was unprofessional to do that and she indicated to me that this wasn't the complaint department. I laughed and explained to her that was not how you phrased things to ppl. She did apologize indicating she'd done nothing wrong. She proceeded to give me their corporate office number which I called and have now been on hold for 24 minutes before -no one came to The line. This is unacceptable from a medical Facility. No one there seems to know what they're doing. There's an app where you can Check your appointments and send messages to your provider- well good luck bc no one there seems to know how it works or how to provide access to their patients. Useless and needless to say inefficient and ineffective to have technology and not train your staff on how to use it. It's now been 30 minutes of me on hold yo speak to someone and still no one came. I have been a fairly new patient here since October 2019. Wait times have been reasonable. The professionalism of the staff in communication and returning phone calls however is deplorable. What is worse is when you attempt to call the office where your Dr. is you are routed to a call center who is staffed by the rudest women who have ever answered a telephone. They are very obvious that it is their job to screen phone calls, and set your expectations very low for a return phone call. I attempted to utilize the portal, and that was also a fruitless effort. On December 1st (Approx.) I was finally successful in reaching a real live person at the Douglas ave location. I spoke to Showna who promised me more than 6 times that she would call me back that day to get my CT scan orders re-issued. It is now the 19th, and I have not heard back. I called again, got call center who advised that i could not talk to local office. I told her that I was going to take to internet reviews, and her response was "go right ahead." So at 12:17 Pm, roughly three minutes after that phone exchange I am writing this review. read more

The address listed on their actual website was incorrect, and I was over 15 minutes late because of it. The address didn't send me to a different location; it sent me to an old empty building where the practice used to be. When I got to the office, they showed me a different page on their website with the correct address. I showed the other page I found (also on the same exact website), with the outdated address. I tried to explain it wasn't my fault that I was late; they insisted it was. I guess now whenever I go to a business or practice, I need to check the address on multiple different places on the organization's website, and if there is more than one possible address, just pick one and hope it's correct. Luckily, someone cancelled and I got in the same day. I explained years-long chronic mid-to-upper back pain, in great detail; I even used the word "thoracic" several times. The NP ordered an MRI for my neck. I now have a useless MRI of my neck. read more

I saw Michelle Sexton Satterfield, ARNP, for the first time today and I was more than impressed with the quality of service and the thoughtfulness of care. After 13 years with my last physician, I was able to find this group with my new plan and it is such a blessing. From the pleasant lady at the front for a Covid l-19 check-in, to Iris at the front desk helping me with my new patient paperwork, and all the other nurses and staff I had the pleasure of working with today, they each expressed kindness, compassion, professionalism and expertise. If I could give 0 stars I would. The Altamonte office is so HORRIBLE! I called them on my lunch break just to confirm if they had received my blood work results and i was on hold for my entire lunch break. This is ridiculous. You can't say call us if your are not feeling well and then you put me on hold for more than an hour. I hang up and called back and before she could say anything, i told her, i have been on hold for more than an hour and she said, "Well lady what do you want me to do? I have 2 other calls on hold and I have patients in-front of me, I am the only one here and then immediately she put me back on hold. How is it that she is the only one at the desk? I had an appointment with Dr. Del Sol, which was made at 9:45am for 11:45am same day, due to not feeling well. I arrived for my appointment at 11:20am, signed in, and took a seat. At 12 PM (40 minutes later, which is a normal wait time for this office) the front desk started asking questions about my chart and I overheard them talking about my appointment. That's when the nurse came to the front desk and started discussing things with the girl working the front desk. I could not hear what they were discussing, but I could tell something was going on. I was the only patient sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I then see the doctor speaking to the woman working the front desk in Spanish (so I don't know what was said), she looks over at me and walks away with an attitude. Not saying a word to me. The girl working the front desk then informs me that the doctor is refusing to see me and I can either wait until 1 PM (after her lunch) (which is another hour and I've already waited 40 minutes) or reschedule, because the doctor is on her lunch break. No apology or empathy. I am livid. I waited 40 minutes patiently to be seen by the doctor, but she refuses to see me (because of a mistake made by her staff) because she's on her lunch break?? I find that appalling, rude, and extremely unprofessional. It would've taken her no more than 15-20 minutes of her time to see me or even a minute to apologize. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office. If I could give them less than one star I would. read more
