We searched for a couple years for the right barber he always had the same barber since he was 8 and then he moved out of state when my son turned 12 so it was hard to find a barber that knew how to cut his type of hair but John did it! One Star Is being generous. Took my husband to this location for the first time to get a simple haircut and i promise it will be the last. Sketchy location that was extremely hard to find and a barber that overbooked himself. Barber was John Aguirre. Our appointment was booked for 530 and upon arriving, the barber was still working on a previous client. After waiting 30min, now 6pm, my husband is now able to get started. At the same time another couple, whos appointment was at 6, are now forced to wait as well. John did not ask if my husband wanted his beard worked on as well but took the liberty to do so and then afterwards says he needs to charge him extra for doing both the beard and hair. My husbands neck and scalp was tugged, knicked, pulled, and overall experienced an aggressive haircut. ALSO, was very disrespectful in spraying water in my husbands face without warning and never even dusted the excess hair off at ANY point. Left covered in hair, scratches, blood on neck, and a horrible first impression. Save your money and dont settle. read more
