Channy did an amazing job from customer service to getting thr color i wanted im in love. *** update*** After washy my hair and trying to put it up I can't. I contacted the salon and they say that they are reviewed picture I have a yellow band all around my head. I asked for a root smudge but didnt get it. Im upset because I felt welcomed i really wanted her to be my new hair stylist. Also I was 353.00 because I pais with my debit but when I got the email confirming my payment it said 240.00. I hope this don't happen again.

Saw the ads on FB. I read good reviews . To find a good salon near my place is a plus. I made an appointment over the phone because from the ads it said a certain amount for the service which was reasonable and asked me what's my hair length and if I have thick or thin hair. So I said I have very thin hair and shoulder length hair. So she gave me the approximate amount. I went there and waited a while. Of course the time was not followed , started late on me . I showed her the hair style and the highlight/ color that I want. I was there for 3.5 hours . She was nice . She dried my hair and put some hair spray but she over did it and my har looked hard after . It didn't show the style I want, like for my hair to fall naturally, because of too much hair spray . I was not happy how it looked on me . I didn't say anything anymore because it was going late and I had to go somewhere. When she told me how much I was going to pay .. I was surprised. With my thin and short hair , I spent almost $300. The ads I saw was saying different .. there were treatments that supposedly included in the service for the amount of less than $200 . It's been 3 days since I had my hair cut and color and still looking myself at the mirror ..I'm not satisfied . I'm sorry .. this is my review. read more

Big thanks to Channy my hair stylist, for giving me beautiful color and a fabulous layered cut! I wish I could have found Hair Etc. sooner. Today was my first visit. I called to schedule a same day appointment with no problem. The salon is well designed, very clean, and a relaxed space. The owners are freindly and professionals. Channy explained everything she needed to do to bring me back to a brown color. My hair had been highlighted for years, then I started using box color (blonde shades) the last 5 months which began to damage my hair more (dry, breakage, thinning). I look forward to my next visit! Since then, Suzie has been the only one who does my eyebrows with touch-ups, and I don't trust anyone else because I believe Suzie understands what I like. Two months ago, I went in for an eyebrow touch-up after about two years and decided to get a lip tattoo. I can't deny that I was scared at first, but Suzie explained everything and eased my concerns, so I finally went ahead. The results were amazing because Suzie outlined the beautiful shape of my lips and gave me a natural pink color that changes depending on the weather. When it's sunny, it looks like a nice natural pink; in the shade, it's muted. I'm genuinely amazed and don't regret getting my lips done--I should have done it much sooner. I've been going to Hair Etc since 2006 even though I don't live anywhere near. They were recommended by a friend of mine and I'm glad she did! I have never had any problems with any of their services. I have tried other places that are closer to me or cheaper and I always come back to Chany because they are the best at what they do. So needless to say, I'M DONE LOOKING ELSEWHERE!!! All staff at Hair Etc are very professional and courteous. Chany isn't just a hair dresser, she is a friend and an excellent human being with a big heart, she doesn't treat you like a money transaction, she treats you like a person and a friend, she uses nothing but quality products and gives you honest advise when you need it. Best of all, you always come out of there looking like a celebrity on the red carpet. I've done my hair, my eye lash extensions, and my permanent make-up there and I highly recommend them to any and all who want a job WELL DONE!!! read more

Sonia was our stylist. She is good at a cut... But only if you have the same taste as her. My sister came in on my referral. If you tell her you want a trim and your hair is straight across... She'll cut 5 inches off the top layer giving you layers! Then tell you layers look good and give more volume.... She never wanted layers!! She needs to learn how to do what people ask, and not what SHE thinks looks good. Now we have to wait a year just to cut the bottom to remove the layers and not trim the top layer. It's infuriating when you trust someone with scissors around you. She even joked about how she would rather cut less on people so they need to come back more often.... Then cut way more with the stupid layers. read more

All the staff are so upbeat, caring and cared enough to ask how our life and family are doing .....She always listened especially when I was in a bad place.. she asked if I wouldn't mind to hear some Bible verses.. I appreciated her asking.. I said yes.. with it helping me save my marriage with my husband and children.. ..Also.. My health & hair were in need of nourishment.. . I have been going to Hair Etc for about 4 years and love getting my permanent make up done there! Lynette is amazing at making my eyebrows and eyeliner look natural. I get so many compliments when I tell people that it's permanent make up and most people don't believe me! ;) she makes brush strokes through the brow to make it look like real hair! I used to get it done by someone else before I found out about Hair Etc. and I can say that the topical numbing cream that Lynette uses makes the experience 10 times better. I honestly can hardly feel any pain at all(which is why most people don't want to get it done, they are afraid it will hurt terribly!) I will never go anywhere else! read more

I've been getting my haircuts here for 15+ years. I don't go anywhere else. This is a great salon cuz they get the job done, no fluff. They are just good at what they do. Many salons or barbershops might look newer and trendier but they can't match the experience of the hairstylists here (everyone's been doing hair for over 20 years). I switch hairstyles here and there and it always comes out the way I want. Definitely would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a go to place for haircuts. read more

I told Channy that I wanted to remove the warm undertones in my hair in order to get it more cool toned and she did just that! Hair and color were done perfectly and looks great. Channy was the stylist and she uses a color product that is odorless and did not irritate my skin like all others I have experienced. I went in with very thick, brown virgin long hair. I asked for chunky highlights and layers, and I truly believe I got exactly what I asked for! My stylist was very understanding in what I wanted and was very gentle to my rough hair. The entire vibe is calming, definitely if you need a nice haircut.
