I've been coming to this nail salon for about 3 times already and honestly I'm happy every single time. I usually get the Glamour Pedicure and also get my nails done, and they always do such a good job. The technicians are super nice and really take their time instead of rushing. The salon is very clean and relaxing too. They always make sure I like everything before I leave, which I really appreciate. You can tell they care about their customers and want you to leave happy. My mom and I came in for pedicures and the sign out front says "15% of all pedicures" but that is false advertisement and NOT true. We both got the Sugar Scrub pedicure, and when it came time to pay, I was told that only the basic pedicure was 15% off. If that wasn't bad enough, my nail polish is clumpy and my feet still need to be scrubbed. I'm not quite sure what it is that I paid for. read more

My partner and I came in for pedicures and had a very disappointing experience. I waited with my feet soaking for over an hour while my partner's pedicure was being done. Then, in the middle of her service, the nail technician walked away and said he did not want to continue working on her feet. Had this been communicated from the beginning, we would have understood and made other arrangements. Instead, we spent about an hour and a half at the salon and left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and disrespected. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was unacceptable. We ultimately left without completing our services because we did not feel comfortable paying for that level of treatment. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Villaggio Nail & Lashes. Before coming in, I specifically called and asked if a male technician was available to perform my pedicure because I knew my feet would require extra attention. Since my regular technician wasn't available, I decided to give this salon a try. Unfortunately, during my pedicure, the technician, Tony, appeared frustrated. At one point, he threw the pumice stone into the foot spa water and stated that he did not want to do my feet. He then walked away to the back of the salon. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and disrespectful. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or humiliated while receiving a service they are paying for. If a technician is unable or unwilling to perform a service, it should be handled respectfully and professionally. I came in expecting quality customer service and left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this salon As a paying customer, I understand that some services may require additional time and effort, but no one should ever be treated with disrespect or made to feel ashamed for seeking a service that a salon offers. If I could put 0 stars I would. First of all the lady that did my nails was rushing throughout the entire time. I asked for a specific set and what I got was completely a disaster. Not only were some of my nails crooked but once she finished filing and was "done" she put oil on top of my nails and didn't dust off the dust from filing before she put oil. My drain was terrible. Then they had the audacity to charge me $80. I will input a picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I will never come here again. Just horrible service. read more

Thank you Johnny I went in for a pedicure. The woman who was doing my nails seemed rushed. She cut my big toe nail soooo short it began to bleed. She never asked if I was okay, she ignored me when I said OUCH! She then proceeded to wipe the blood off with her finger, then jab her thumb nail where she cut me. Then she never messaged me and when putting the polish on she never applied the first primer layer. They also made me pay. They better pray I do not get an infection! HORRIBLE!!!! read more

Kevin may know how to do manicures but the acrylic matte service is not his forte. I ended up at Villaggio on July 2, 2025 because my regular place was booked and I was unable to have a walk-in service. I chose an off-white color with a bit of a pink hue. Kevin thought he should give me 3 coats of the shiny, sparkly polish and then put 2 coats of the matte polish on top of that. 5 coats. [Another reviewer mentioned that her nails were as thick as quarters...agreed.] After bringing this up to him, he e-filed (drilled) them down to start over. He used 1 of the shiny polish and 2 of the matte polish. He got a little careless and the e-file knicked my finger, causing it to bleed. The result of my manicure was not nice. It looked like I took Elmer's glue, dried some of it into the shape of fingernails, and then stuck them to my nails. I called them my Frankenails. I ended up using one of my bottles of pink polish to cover them up. As they grew out, the edge nearest to my cuticle was grabbing my hair when I'd run my fingers through it because he didn't shape them well. Kevin should stick with what he does best and not "promise" a customer something that he cannot actually deliver. Other than this long, painful, unsatisfying experience, the inside was very nice to look at but they should give attention to quality with their seating and cleanliness.
