I've been coming to this nail salon for about 3 times already and honestly I'm happy every single time. I usually get the Glamour Pedicure and also get my nails done, and they always do such a good job. The technicians are super nice and really take their time instead of rushing. I came back after a few years and was lucky enough to get Lin when I came in for a walk in and I've loved every set he's done. he's so detail oriented, and patient and does the most amazing work. it always looks like my inspo picture or better and you can truly tell he loves what he does and is committed to making sure you leave his chair happy. I was disappointed with my pedicure because it felt very rushed and low effort. I paid extra for callus removal, but she literally used the callus remover for only about 15 seconds on each foot before moving on. She also skipped thoroughly cleaning underneath my nails with the small cleaning tool. When I politely asked if she could please clean underneath the tips of my nails thoroughly, she immediately began speaking to another employee in their language, which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall I did not feel the quality of the pedicure matched the price I paid. I expected more attention to detail and a more thorough service. read more

My mom and I came in for pedicures and the sign out front says "15% of all pedicures" but that is false advertisement and NOT true. We both got the Sugar Scrub pedicure, and when it came time to pay, I was told that only the basic pedicure was 15% off. If that wasn't bad enough, my nail polish is clumpy and my feet still need to be scrubbed. I'm not quite sure what it is that I paid for. read more

Vibe was off as soon as I sat down. Unfortunately I won't be back. I went yesterday with my sister & the man was rude & offensive about my appearance. I was explaining why my nail beds were the way they were simply because of press ons. But before hand I said I haven't been to the nail salon in a very long time due to working so much & having a hard job. He then says yeaahhh...I can tell...*with an attitude*. I stopped and looked up at him like excuse me?? I was offended and disappointed in how I was treated. I wanted to leave but I stayed since me and my sister were together. It's unprofessional to act that way towards someone. Let alone really rude of him to say that. I said well I work a lot and stared at him to continue. He caught himself slip up and said "I mean I mean, it's just I've been in this industry for a very long time. And I can tell who doesn't visit salons regularly." I said ok??? and sat there silent for the rest of my appointment. I didn't get Gel polish on my hands but I did on my feet. He was pushy for the gel manicure but I said no thx. He said okayy well it's not going to last long. It's going to chip on day 2. I said no I'll be fine. He got so irritated I didn't want gel on my hands. Anyway fast forward to today I realized he never added the top coat to my manicure!! That's why it's chipping...my cuticles were not prepped well either and there's so much dry skin on my cuticles. LOL I have never been to the salon where my nail polish chips after 1 day of being on and they're slacking off when it comes to their quality but want customers to still pay above and beyond and they want a generous tip! When I paint myself at home my polish stays on for about 1 week maybe 2 with the top coat polish. I didn't receive the massage on either my feet or hands like I paid for. The lady who did my pedicure was polite however when she used the yellow scrubbing tool she barely did anything and left my feet crusty on my heels. My heels are always extremely soft & moisturized and I didn't get a massage. What a rip off!! Then they all came rushing to the front staring at my wallet and hovered waiting for me to give a tip after my bad experience.... Sucks because my sister and I were excited to go together but I won't be back. I save money, time, & resources doing my nails @ home. I did my press ons and they lasted 2 weeks. The man was annoyed my press ons lasted that long & scoffed when I told him about them. When he was the one who asked the question. I just took them off to go hang with my sister. It's crazy what these salons are charging for mediocre service. I didn't receive the massage I was supposed to get which sucked bc I really wanted that service. I paid $79.00 for mani+pedi for bad service and bad quality. read more

My partner and I came in for pedicures and had a very disappointing experience. I waited with my feet soaking for over an hour while my partner's pedicure was being done. Then, in the middle of her service, the nail technician walked away and said he did not want to continue working on her feet. Had this been communicated from the beginning, we would have understood and made other arrangements. Instead, we spent about an hour and a half at the salon and left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and disrespected. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was unacceptable. We ultimately left without completing our services because we did not feel comfortable paying for that level of treatment. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Villaggio Nail & Lashes. Before coming in, I specifically called and asked if a male technician was available to perform my pedicure because I knew my feet would require extra attention. Since my regular technician wasn't available, I decided to give this salon a try. Unfortunately, during my pedicure, the technician, Tony, appeared frustrated. At one point, he threw the pumice stone into the foot spa water and stated that he did not want to do my feet. He then walked away to the back of the salon. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and disrespectful. No customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or humiliated while receiving a service they are paying for. If a technician is unable or unwilling to perform a service, it should be handled respectfully and professionally. I came in expecting quality customer service and left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this salon As a paying customer, I understand that some services may require additional time and effort, but no one should ever be treated with disrespect or made to feel ashamed for seeking a service that a salon offers. If I could put 0 stars I would. First of all the lady that did my nails was rushing throughout the entire time. I asked for a specific set and what I got was completely a disaster. Not only were some of my nails crooked but once she finished filing and was "done" she put oil on top of my nails and didn't dust off the dust from filing before she put oil. My drain was terrible. Then they had the audacity to charge me $80. I will input a picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I will never come here again. Just horrible service. read more

Thank you Johnny I went in for a pedicure. The woman who was doing my nails seemed rushed. She cut my big toe nail soooo short it began to bleed. She never asked if I was okay, she ignored me when I said OUCH! She then proceeded to wipe the blood off with her finger, then jab her thumb nail where she cut me. Then she never messaged me and when putting the polish on she never applied the first primer layer. They also made me pay. They better pray I do not get an infection! HORRIBLE!!!! read more
