The owner is who we met with and it was uncomfortable from the beginning, I felt like when we would meet with him he would look right through us. Spent more than an hour with him telling him what we liked and wanted and he never took one note! Then when he would send our design it would be missing half the things that we would ask for, we would revisit and he would tack on charges for things he missed. I could go on but my, suggestion would be to do some serious research before you lay down your hard owned $$$

Shady and Unethical Business practices. I contracted with…read morethis company to provide a custom home plan. The company uses a 14 page contract to ensnare you into the services and billing trap. I sent several clear photos showing exactly the home design and style we were looking for only to receive work of substandard quality that did. It reflect in any way what we sent him. Of course the more steps in the process will mean another step towards charging more fees. This leaves no incentive to provide work of high quality. Secondly is his questionable and unethical billing practices in which he displayed vindictive and unprofessional behavior. He is not in the practice of sending invoices in a timely manner of at all, until he considers your remaining balance past due. He waits several months without providing any invoicing or communication whatsoever. All of a sudden he sends a second invoice several months later with both concurrent late charges AND interest penalties. I questioned this shady practice and he said he should have considered charging even more! Left me wondering why and what his motivations were for never sending an initial invoice for the remaining balance. It's because failing to do so allows him to catch you in a trap of compounded late fees and interest. In short I would encourage you to look elsewhere for your design services as I assure you will save much precious time, money, and headache.
