Just passed through to check it out; staff was very friendly, lots of variety in juice selection (including retail competitor's brands like Vapor Shark), and they took COVID-19 protections seriously (two customers in the store at once, plexiglass separation, employees and customers must wear masks). I really liked Nico, Alex and Erin, however, I love Sergio, Nicole, her mom and Albert are the best. I was in sales and customer service for years and am picky. Sergio should write a book on customer service because he really is the model to follow. He cares so much about his customers and it certainly keeps me from buying online or anywhere else. My husband and I visited last weekend as he was looking for new coils for his vape. The young man who took care of him was very friendly and knowledgable. The place has a very chill vibe with comfortable seating, a big TV, A Keurig, all you could need to just hang out with your friends and vape.
