Amazing shop and the worker that helped me out was super outgoing and informative. I brought a VooPoo drag with the green resin and a Uwell crown 3 tank and I love it although I did have leak/flooding problems with the crown 3, I over saturated the coil and didn't know how to clean it and the threading on the top piece was off but I went back and the same worker helped me out and fixed the coil and let my try his and I mentioned how good his juice was and I forgot to bring mine and he filled my tank up with his and by the way it was a grape menthol juice. I forgot the name of the worker and I'm so bummed out about that but I'm going to be going back pretty often. Definitely my go to shop. read more

I've been to a bunch of vape shops. Recently I purchased a Nord 2 vape kit from another local store and after the coils went bad I went to the original store I purchased the kit from and they didn't have the coils for the unit they sold me. Nor did any other store I went to. But then I found Drag N Vape. They had the exact coil I needed for my Nord 2 and even helped me empty my burnt e juice and replaced the coils for me without hesitation. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. This store is a bit out of my way but I will not go to another vape shop but this one. This place is the last vape shop I need to find. I have been vaping since 2009 and have shopped at sooo many shops from downtown Miami to Hammocks area. I really liked Nico, Alex and Erin, however, I love Sergio, Nicole, her mom and Albert are the best. I was in sales and customer service for years and am picky. Sergio should write a book on customer service because he really is the model to follow. He cares so much about his customers and it certainly keeps me from buying online or anywhere else.
