It became a pleasant surprise of an unexpected space of solace that I have come to adore! You can always find a friendly person, or maybe someone won't be smiling lol but there will be a willing, listening and compassionate ear. I found myself in another place of transition in my life and needed a place to unwind...without the other things that come along with being a woman in the wrong environment. So I never realized I needed a safe space like Mystic. Nick is absolutely incredible and always asks about my mother. Nicky is always caring and comforting to Speak about life and she always asks about my sister. Twitch is our tall, protective yet kind protective person. Brita is lovely and I find myself speaking about Mindfulness alot with her and I always love how artistic her makeup is! Robby is always filled with some wonderful knowledge and I'm always fascinated to speak to him. As you continue to go there, you will find in an unexpected way, the exact things you needed to get through a certain time in your life. I needed a small group of friends who cared without strings and didn't realize I would always find a heartfelt listening ear along with any drink that may either give energy, ease anxiety or anything and everything in between! I have no problem with the Juice bar, however the front store which is ran by a guy named Zach does not provide the same experience. Zach claims his THC-A is the same as THC. Then he rudely tells me that I don't understand. He is very touchy about this subject (probably because he is wrong and deceiving people). Zach says he doesn't smoke weed so how would he understand. His final statement to me was "THE WEED SOLD IN HIS STORE IS REQULAR THC, THEY JUST LABLE IT THC-A."????? Oh, and his communication skills are terrible, Mr. know it all. read more

Had an unexpectedly great time at this NA bar! Was cool to see all the things going on in this place too! They had a whole gaming section, pool table included, the front of the space was a smoke shop & then there was the NA bar in the back. Crazy to think that this place has been open for 10 years! They offered a bunch of different teas, coffee, kava, kratom, kana & bar snacks. The bar staff is really knowledgeable and can guide you correctly on your journey if you're a first timer. They even have karaoke & trivia nights. On days that I don't feel like drinking, you'll definitely catch me at this spot! read more

I end up getting another job so I go and try to return the unused and not open product and these guys start looking at me like I'm from mars or something. They out right refuse to give me a refund even when I told them I never got a receipt from them. Then when I asked for an exchange they out right refused me and said they only do that with vapes that don't work. What type of business doesn't even allow an exchange for something you bought but never used it? Just popped in to pick up some kratom tea. My husband is an avid drinker however does not make good tea. Usually he just gulps down the bitter beverage with water. The prices are slightly expensive for the tea however they know how to make is less bitter and drinkable. I really enjoyed the sweetened kratom tea here. Was kicked out of bar for questioning amount of kratom to lemonade ratio in their 5 grams of "mix". If you've ever bought any powdered leaf you'll notice immediately the density must be off the charts for the tiny portion they give you. They're also upfront about how the drinks strength (of all herbals) is purposely made weak. Misrepresents the efficacy and usefulness of the herbs they say their drinks are supposed to contain. I was dating an employee, who got me banned because I left the relationship. Another time because the manager found out his gf knew he texted me. He screamed at me in front of everyone. And the final time, they found that ex bf employee choking me outside. Not even in the facility, and witnesses saw nothing but his hands around my neck on the floor. I ended up getting banned without any explanation. The employees weren't friendly and I would hear them gossip about the regulars. The products are THE only good thing there. hopefully the staff is different since I went because last time I was greeted by the Big Bang Theory cast, I told them I know about Kava but still went off on a 30 minute tangent about Kava to me. Then awkwardly tried making fun of what the female members of my group were wearing, then tried for another 20 minutes to tell me everything about every drink on the menu despite that i am already the only person reading the menu. another man refused to sell my friend who was over 18 with his I.D some nic salt because it's "terrible for you" So they have nic salt liquids on shelves with the intention of refusing to sell them to their patrons? I typically have a better experience here when the females are working the bar as they are much more formal and friendly, + do not hound you every 3 minutes. My experience with these white boys (sorry can't remember any details of them) almost felt like impractical jokers was telling them to be as belittling and unprofessional as they could. I was so disappointed during my experience tonight namely because I saw a child behind the bar drinking kava. This is unacceptable! The bartender, Alex, was completely unprofessional and allowed for this to occur. I felt completely uncomfortable after spending about an hour and a half at this establishment that I have been frequenting for months. I don't understand how rational it is for a child to consume kava at such a young age. It literally made me feel sick. This should not be tolerated and At this point, I do not feel like coming back to Mystic. I love the place and the staff, but her behavior is not something I would ever condone. Her bar it's always deshevoled and unkempt because she gets so involved with certain customers that she neglects the others and I have had to wait 20 minutes for a simple shell!
