This store is pretty big. Walked in and the employee immediately greeted me and asked how he can help me. I was in a hurry so i asked for a specific cigar and he pointed me in that right direction. Picked up my cigar and went to check out and notice the cigar was about $1 cheaper the other cigar shops. Plus became a member of their rewards program, which was free. I just moved to Miami and have been looking for a store. I buy a lot of cigars, 8 or 10 boxes per month (yeah, I should cut back). Almost every retail cigar store I've ever been to offers a discount when buying by the box, generally 10%. But I bought a $350 box of cigars here and the staff here was very defensive on the issue. [They wanted me to join their frequent buyer club instead (where you get your discount later)]. This is a nice store, but a little too polished for my taste. It reminds me of a place where occasional smokers go to buy a stick or two, not a store where regulars are greeted by name. Great cigar shop right by Dadeland Mall. They have a huge selection and excellent prices. I felt like a kid in a candy shop with racks and racks of cigars. They had my favorites, and they had a good selection of samplers on a table as you come in. They staff was very helpful and told us about their online shop. I think I will try them in the future. Super awesome store with tons and tons of cigar choices to please even the most picky cigar lover. From the moment you walk in you are taken back by the rows and rows of cigars available. They even had several tables with cigar specials and smaller packs. The staff was super friendly and helpful in my search for something new to smoke. On the other end of the store is a super comfy lounge area to enjoy your stick all while chasing it up with other cigar lovers. If you find yourself in the area check it out your cigar pallet will be pleased. On a side note parking can be a bit of a PIA since this location is right on HWY US 1 so I would park around the side of the building it will make getting out that much easier. read more

Neptune is yet another great Miami tobacconists. With a warm atmosphere, extensive selection and great prices what more could you ask for. Neptune also had a nice size lounge area and the people were all very friendly. This is the second largest cigar selection I have seen and only surpassed by the massive Corona Cigar Stores in Orlando. The quality felt higher end than Corona for some reason. After walking the many aisles I picked up a handful of Ashton ESG's, Padron 1964's and Casa Fernandez Miami Reservas. This store is convenient to areas like Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Coral Gables. Life doesn't get much better than a pan con lechon from Malanga Cafe then a short drive down the S Dixie for a premium cigar at Neptune. read more

Ordered cigars, paid $657.00 for cigars and shipping. Got 2 phone calls saying they couldn't ship USPS because they could not guarantee the timing of delivery. I would not change my shipping preference so they cancelled my order. They said had to ship UPS for better service. Give me a break. UPS will handoff the package to USPS for delivery. I was ok with the cancelled order and full refund. I was able to order elsewhere the same day and have USPS deliver in 2 days coming from the same state. Imagine that. These cigars don't come in a box when purchase in a 20 pack so when it was shipped Neptune did not put it in any protective hard box. just some bubble wrap and small cardboard box thats easily can crush during shipping, and no humidity pack for the shipping duration.
