Worst Chinese food I have ever had. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant, so I stuck with basics, rather than the spicier, more traditional dishes I prefer. I ordered Pan fried dumplings, obviously frozen, and overly doughy. Hot and sour soup, which was more like Kim chee with broth, and Mongolian beef, which was a disaster. Overly garlicky, strange vegetables, zucchini, carrots, water chestnuts, huge chunks of onion, and bizarre mushy pieces of what appeared to be overly cooked vermicelli, as opposed to crispy rice noodles. The shrimp fried rice was a joke. Greasy, tasted like the rice you heat in the microwave, but very oily. And a few almost unrecognizable shrimp. All over priced. Barely edible. And quite honestly almost gag worthy. The only reason I give them 2 stars, is the delivery was quick. And the driver pleasant, and I didn't end up in the ER with food poisoning. Don't. Just don't. When you call to place order the lady owner says so your card to my driver. Ok fine but they are wanting the drivers to take a picture of your card or make an imprint it. Because I wouldnt let them they lady owner told me to give the food back to driver. Then 5 minutes later called back to my phone and waa telling driver something. Driver was trying to tell me why they do this. NEVER have I been asked for a picture of my card nor make an imprint. Sorry but will not be doing business with this place again. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They require that if you order delivery that a driver has to copy down your credit card information and return it to the restaurant even though you provided it over the phone. This is actually a PCI compliance violation. I called and questioned how my card information would be safeguarded and stored. Instead of being told their practices, I was screamed at, told my order was cancelled, laughed at, and hung up on. The receptionist blatantly refused to explain that my information would be secured even though this practice of copying is a violation in the first place. Their business also doesn't even know what PCI compliance is when I informed them. If you want to enjoy this food, expect your credit card information could be lost or stolen. read more

Just got back from this dreadful place. I've always ordered delivery service so I never got the interaction I just got with one of the owners. The food is delicious enough...but you can find that anywhere; it was their ATTITUDE that was horrible. Poor, poor customer service. When I politely called the female owner out on it, she stated that she didn't need to converse with customers and that she has been in business for 20 years. I really hate to post this bad review because we have eaten at dragon garden for many many years. I can only wonder if this restaurant got a new cook who is not as good as the previous cook or if not, maybe a new one is needed to replace one who is getting tired. Whatever the case as I write this post my stomach is turning from the food gotten there. Is is no where near the quality that it use to be. Extremely greasy and tasteless. I got mixed veggies thinking I was being healthy and the grease oozing from the container was awful!! $35! I never mInded the price before but this time I feel cheated!! Food is good in general. Delivery was fast. They can be a little hectic, which isn't a great combination when talking to someone who doesn't share English as their first language. Egg rolls are good, Hunan beef is good. They could put a bit more cabbage, green onion and egg in their egg rolls, but I'm not going to complain much. Poor customer service. I have ordered delivery from there several times and never experienced an issue. Tonight, they told me they will not deliver. I simply asked why and she said I can cancel if I don't like it. So, I canceled my Order. She hung up the phone. Then, she called my phone BACK. I answered thinking she was calling to apologize and she told me to never order from there again. On Sunday May 31, 2015, my husband and I made an order for pickup over the phone at 5:55pm. Not only was our order incomplete, the container my food was in had a huge hole in the bottom of it and so fragments of the container were mixed in with the food. We called the restaurant back and informed them that our order was missing items. We were told that we would have to come back and get what was missing and that it would not be delivered to us even though we live away from this business and had already reached home and were sitting down to have dinner. My husband I were also told that we could not have a refund at all. We were offered a free egg roll to compensate for the incorrect order and wasting gas for what would be our second round trip there today alone. When we arrived to the business for the second time (food bagged and in hand) we were finally asked if we wanted a full refund. We said we did and then were told that we would be charged approximately four dollars because the food had been opened and put on to a plate (remember, we were sitting down to eat when this occurred). They began taking other customers and ignored us while we waited to be serviced). The girl handling our order began to talk on the phone while we waited. We asked how long we would have to wait for this to be handled and the girl said her mother would be there soon. We asked for a time frame and we were told three minutes. The woman who owned the business walked in, proceeded to take two more orders and then shouted for us to come to the counter when she was done. She yelled the entire time we spoke with her and would not stop for a moment for us to explain our issue. She told us that we would need to go home and produce the small amount that was served on a plate in order to receive our refund. I asked for the items back to put the remaining food back in the containers and she threw a paper and plastic bag from someone else's order in my face. We returned for the 3rd time and were given our refund after 2.5 hours. read more

absolutely horrible service ever! i've been a customer to this location for six months and i've only ordered the same thing from here. the lo mein is over cooked leaving it gummy and swollen. the egg roles are notorious for being burnt to a crisp and they crumble when you eat them. when you order you have to tell them specifically not to burn them. i have been ordering from this place recently to my job location which hasn't been an issue. i called today to order the same thing as i've always ordered, mind you i've been getting delivery from here for the past month to my job. i call today, 6/19/15 and a young boy takes my order. i call back to give them my credit card information and the boy says they don't deliver. he puts his manager on the phone who is an extremely arrogant rude fuck that says they don't deliver to my location. i since when and he says for atleast 6 months. i say that isn't possible, i just ordered from there yesterday. he states i called the other location and i say that isn't possible, i know who i am calling and where they are located. he says that i am wrong, says he doesn't care about what i say and insists i am wrong and hangs up the phone. not only is the food beyond disgusting besides the one thing i do order from there, the people are extremely rude. the only thing that is saving this place. is because it is the only location in stockbridge. absolutely, positively the worst customer service ever! the employees are rude, and they are liars! definitely would not recommend this place to anyone! do not eat here! i wish i could give this place not one star! read more
