    Serving line.

It's a value meal. 2- 3 scoop meals and beverages for $15. YES it is still a fast food Chinese place but when you factor in the value for the money it makes sense. They have a small 7 table dining area but most people get their orders to go so it stays mostly open. The proteins are decently seasoned and their sauces are good. The staff is friendly and inviting. It's worth a shot when you want something quick and cheap but not a chain establishment.

This is going to be long. I just left this place without getting any food because the cashier thought my seafood allergy was funny. I asked if the lady serving could wash her hands and use a new plate because she had just plated crab. The cashier laughed at me and said she's not touching the food. My husband asked her to plate it, she laughed more and said I am being ridiculous. Then she made a joke (in her language) that made the cook come out to look at me and laugh. It's sad that they find serious allergies funny.

3 scoops Fried rice with soy sauce on it , honey chicken & general chicken.

Hot and Fast. Quality good while hot. General chicken is good but that sesame chicken looked suspect

Egg roll smelled like it was spoiled. Rice was mushy and the sauce had pieces of a gel like substance.

Shrimp Fried Rice and General Tso's Chicken. My husband was NOT a fan of the food. He reported feeling unwell after eating his take-out.

And I will admit for awhile last year the food quality dropped off at China House but this year it has become my go to for take out chinese. I just finished eating Szechuan Chicken and Hot and Sour Soup and it was delicious. I order by phone to pick up usually when I'm out and about but from home I use Uber eats. The food is always ready within about 15 minutes and still hot when I Get home so the service is really good. As far as ambiance it's probably a step above most take out chinese places with a large dining area and tables that seat 4 lining the walls but it's strictly order at the counter the sit and eat, no table service. I've eaten here or from here fairly regularly (at least once or twice a month) this year and will continue to go back I've not gotten a bad meal there yet,

Not even soy sauce helped. There was no aromatics, and definitely no salt present. The vegetable egg fu yung was also extremely under-seasoned and very greasy. Zero flavor in the veggies or egg itself. White rice that came with was on the mushy side. One batch of rice undercooked and toothsome, and the other overcooked. The spring rolls may have been the worst part of this meal. Barely crispy on the outside, and completely raw and doughy on the inside. (See photo). There were multiple layers of wrapper inside that looked and tasted they never even touched any oil or heat. Plus there was twice as much wrapper than there was filling. What I will say is that the customer service was up-to-par. The wait was about 20 minutes longer than mentioned over the phone, but the young lady at the counter was pleasant and accommodating. The food however? If you're expecting tasty, quality, or authentic Chinese food -- go elsewhere. If it weren't for the customer service, this review would be even lower.
