They are patient and taking the time to explain in assure you understand the caution and benefits. Even when I mistakenly almost let my tank of propane run empty, I could not believe the grace I was given and helpful stepson, how to be ahead of it. If you have something bad to say about this company, I can genuinely say you haven't given them a fair chance to prove who they really are!

They "requested" a service call and said I would have someone call to schedule. Did not happen. Day two, called go the same advice about the needed pilot lighting. Day three, I was told that they don't do such things (same number, far as I could tell, same service person) and suggested I call a plumbing and heating company. An extra 48 hours with no propane (no heat, stove, or hot water while struggling with my husband dying in the ICU) because these asshats said they would do it, said it again, then said they never could. Got a real tech from TLC in that afternoon to fix the problem. Funnier still, weeks later, I get a call from one of their techs wondering if I still need help relighting my pilots. I told him what happened and he was horrified and said he was calling in to try to get me a discount on my last $1000 load. Never heard a thing since. SHOCKING!!! Ya'll are AWFUL not because mistakes were made (repeatedly),, but because YOU KNOW IT and DON'T CARE!!!!! Useless!!

The Raton Truck Stop lies on the southeast side of Raton, NM…read more It was a bit nippy out on the morning of November 25, 2023, so I just wanted to pump unleaded, clean my windshield since my wiper fluid dispenser iced over through the mountainous drive I just experienced, and get back to my long haul to the Fort Worth, TX area. It would have been great if all the pumps were working. They sure weren't. Other drivers were noticeably & verbally frustrated by it. Thank goodness for other pumpers who paid attention to these matters and kindly moved their vehicle shortly after pumping... especially the guy I parked behind. They really should consider cleaning up the place a bit. Maybe get different trash cans so trash doesn't fly around anywhere. Their squeegies for window cleaning could use replacing. They were non-existent. I realize this is a courtesy for gas stations to provide, but it does make for safer roads. The main upside was that fuel is fairly affordable here. That day regular unleaded was $3, plus was $3.40, and premium was somewhere around $3.50.

We hired Eric and crew to help us build two sections of road on our property. The project started…read morein the middle of the monsoon season, which made the job extremely difficult to schedule around due to the rains impeding heavy equipment on our non-existent roads. Eric and his wife went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the job was completed to an extremely high standard. Over the course of weeks they stayed in touch with us daily to check road status and access to the site. In the end the finished road was exactly what we wanted, with expertly graded drainage, road base and finishing gravel. We are extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to call them again for the next section of road (hoping mother nature takes it easy on us this time!!). Probably the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Thank you!
