He put it in his pocket.I asked for it back before he left my house.On further inspection,I see there is paint on the other end piece ,too.These are necessary brackets that keep the blind in it's proper horizontal space.He denied that he measured incorrectly over and over again.After he removed the end piece, he solved the issue of the exposed end with a piece of scotch tape.Seriosly,you have got to be kidding me!Totally un-professional.When confronted with his lack of customer satisfaction he became rude and obnoxious.I paid him a LOT of money for these blinds(there were 2 other blinds with this order)Cannot find a business address for him either.Seeing my name come up here on your review page I see my name (not many Susy's spell theirs with a y at the end like I do)it states that i am from San Francisco.Never lived there.

He was meticulous in his measurements, went into great detail about the product itself, and was very thoughtful in choice of color, where to add black-out blinds, etc. We're extremely happy with the end result and are only sad that we didn't go ahead and switch out all the blinds in our house while we were at it.
