Throughout the years I have been to many smoke shops and let me say there has never been any occasion on which I would wish to give a smoke shop 0 stars, however dragon tobacco has finally broken that streak. On a recent visit to this joke of an establishment I've realized the definition of a truly terribly run business. I visited hoping to find a new 10 mm bowl piece for my water pipe, no strange request. Upon entering the smoke shop I quickly discovered the display case which might hold this item. There were two employees in the store, one which closely resembled a 5 dollar truck stop hooker who had been fried over years of intense drug use. The other was a man who seemed extremely unapproachable and seemed upset he had to spend any part of his day attending to customers needs. After standing in front of the display case for a good 5 to 10 minutes waiting for the seemingly upset man to ask if I needed help but instead he persisted to sit on his phone while on the job. After an uncomfortably long wait he finally decided to ask If I had a question. I told him I was looking for a 10 mm male bowl piece for my pipe. He seemed confused and told me they didn't have anything that resembled that. I then quickly pointed to the piece i had just described which stood no less than two feet in front of his face sitting on the counter. I then asked if it was a 10 mm which is a normal question considering it needs to fit my piece in order to work. He then condescendingly said "I don't know, I'm not a glass blower"?? Well good thing you work at a glass shop because that is obviously a question so incredibly above you and impossible to figure out. So it was perhaps an incredibly dumb question to ask someone who's profession is to know glass products. I then realized my greater intelligence than this helpless drug addict so I looked at the piece and realized it was too small to fit a 14 mm, I then said "So should I buy this?" he replied "I don't care". Great, thank you so much for caring about your customers satisfaction. I then asked him for a glass screen, a 25 cent piece of glass used to cover the hole in the bowl so herb or tobacco does not slide through. He pulled out a glass filter I said no and pointed to the glass screen sitting right underneath his nose, he replied "Oh what you were talking about is a glass screen" after I had said the exact same words no more than 10 seconds ago. I then took the piece and glass to the prostitute behind the counter hoping to be done with such a terrible customer service experience. However this is not where our story ends. Being a friendly person I greeted her with a hello, she only replied with how much is this with a hoarse voice most likely due to extensive smoke inhalation throughout her life. I told her 5.50, she proceeded to pick up the bowl and drop the glass screen on the floor. I told her she had dropped a tiny glass piece I needed for the bowl. She responded with "What" in an extremely rude voice I then restated myself very clearly. She said "I don't know what you're talking about" which I'm sure is a common occurrence because her IQ seemed to sit somewhere between 40 or 50. Then looking at her sunken in eyes I realized there was no point to even try with such a dumb human being, so I told her that it was right under her feet and pointed to it (as one would do pointing to a dogs treat or some animal far below myself). She then finally made the connection and picked it up. Giving no apology for her complete lack of any brain cells. She then threw the change on the counter instead of handing me the cash like any normal person that has ever worked a cash register. I then left with not a single word from any employee. I cannot expect very much from these classless lowlife scumbags working for 9 dollars an hour only to continue their trivial pointless lives however this was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had to deal with. How a business like this is still alive leaves me completely dumbfounded. I will never give them satisfaction again by donating any business again. Dragon tobacco is a store full of products for all kinds of needs. However, I have had difficulties in the past when enquiring about new items and often find workers here trying to sell me on a product that had poor reviews, and often it seems they are just trying to make a sale. But their employee Justin was extremely helpful in suggesting a new vape product for me to use. His intentions were genuine and the product he recommended, the Aspire Breeze, is fantastic. He took into account my personal requirements and I left as a very happy customer. I will absolutely be returning to Dragon for refills of juice and to purchase other products solely because of Justin's service. read more

The staff is friendly and very helpful, they actually know about the products they are selling and and ready to offer suggestions if you don't quite know what you're looking for. After breaking a new piece the day I bought it, I was welcomed back by Austin who kindly offered a 10% discount towards a new glass piece. Being that I've bought from Dragon multiple times in the past l, it was clear they would be the first choice for a new one. I've never experienced any hassle with them, as they've always put the customers first no matter the situation. Best vape juice selection in Chico! My vape level is easily over 9000. They always got pods deck. The second I walk in I'm always greeted by the people working there. Went in looking for a personal vape around the $60 range, told the attendant that and showed me the vapes in that range and after looking at them he actually suggested a 'better' $29 vape -- which I now Love.
