During the event we stopped inside to see all the flowers and spoke to a very knowledgeable staff member who gave us some pointers on how to keep the orchids alive and what to feed them. I spoke with the folks at the shop and they recommended fertilizing with their signature blend. Without hesitation, i bought it and used it religiously every 3 months for over a year. Well, 2 years later both palms are dying and after spending 2k on the palms with installation they offered absolutely nothing to fix it other than a phone call and recommending to add more fertilizer. again, they installed them and all. I know palms can be tricky and user error to an extent but I did everything by the book. It's a shame their customer service isn't better and they own the fact that maybe they installed inferior palms.
