Not knowing much about tree trimming as a new homeowner, I made sure to get multiple quotes. I learned that a lot of these tree businesses say they're certified and they're really not. Having a TRULY CERTIFIED Arborist, allowed me to not stress as limbs came down over my roof. Not to mention I didn't have to worry about permitting, being that they are truly certified. (Other companies will tell you it's the customer's job to acquire permits). As it can be hard to find trustworthy companies in the area, I've already recommended them to all my neighbors! Thank you!

I had an Aborist determine the cost of the damage and it was starting at a minimum of $30,000. I have sent a demand notice to them for Compensation and they rejected the certified letter. They claim to have insurance but have not filed a claim. They have been avoiding us. So at some point now we will have to take legal action to collect for damages. We are retired, and rely on the fruit trees we have on our property. We sell the fruit (organic avg. $2.50 ea.) This helps pay taxes and other expenses. If I was looking for a tree service, I would read my complaint a couple times before you hire anyone. Take this all in for consideration.
