We're fairly new to the THCa scene, but it's been extremely helpful in dealing with pain and anxiety. The staff at Dragon's Breath have always been super nice and personable when we've been in. They've always been pretty knowledgeable and will admit if they aren't 100% certain on something (like when we asked a question about a product one of the guys said it's either like this or the other way around, which is fine because we bought both products we were shown lol). This is a cool little shop in SW Jacksonville. The owner is really a nice knowledgeable guy. He has mods, tanks, ejuices, ecig starter kits..among other things. The worst service ever! A couple of the guys there are somewhat cool, but all the women there seems to be in Perpetual PMS mode. They'll bite your head off for no good reason as if you did something wrong by trying to look at a product closely or ask questions. The service here is actually repulsive to me and although the place is close to my house I'll go all the way over on to Western Boulevard to get what I need, just to avoid the ladies in there. Really super harsh attitudes dot-dot-dot if you like being treated like crap, then check this place out. By the way this wasn't a one-time thing I got the same rotten attitude on multiple occasions by each of the women there. The one dude from San Diego is pretty cool oh, and the one older guy as well, but the women there are really something else! read more

Honestly, I'm a little confused by a couple of the bad reviews of this place. I've been coming here for a while now and have never had bad service with any of the employees and have never received a bad product. It's a laid back atmosphere filled with people that truly make you feel like a friend rather than just a customer. They take the time to know their customers and show a true interest in helping you find the right product. I live much closer to some of the other shops in the area but will always come here for the better selection and even more so because of the staff!! read more

BE CAREFUL I bought two products from this store. Were I never had a problem before with the store. The sales guy some me a wrong part and a jewelry scale that was not accurate. Went to store to replace both items and was denied because sales are finale. They would not even try to help even with rcpt on hand. Will call my c.c. company to dispute. I left items in front of store. Can't believe after spending over thousands of dollars in crap over the years. GOOD BYE HOPE NO ONE WILL SUPPORT THOS PLACE. read more
