The booking process is amazing. You book online, they call to confirm and answer any and all question you have. They are so thorough and nice. The owner, I can't remember his name, but he is so friendly and attentive to what the customer is looking for. Once booked they don't require payment until the night before(credit card) or day of (cash/check) so that in the chance there is bad weather on the day of the event, there's no issues with needing to be refunded. That's a HUGE plus for me since they called for rain earlier in the week but luckily the weather prediction changed. They arrived around 8ish am for setup, which was quick. They found the best place to put the bounce house and went over the simple instructions and do's & don'ts. I also reserved the sno-COne machine which was super simple to operate. They supplied all the things for the machine minus the ice of course. I signed a few papers stating they went over everything and I sent my kids in. The bounce house(sports house with slide) was so clean as was the sno-cone machine. And it was the highlight of the party, I couldn't get the kids out of it! My husband and I even went in it after all the kids were asleep, I felt like a kid again!! So thankfully they let us keep it until the morning after the party. Pick up was easy, it was (I think) the owner and 2 workers. They worked so quick and had everything done within a few minutes. I honestly cannot wait to work with them again. We want to get another bounce house for a random party later this summer! 10/10 would recommend. I've already told every parent at the party that asked where we got it.

I rented their generator as well as we are doing my son's 4th birthday part IN A PARK, and their description on Generator states if renting in a park or location that is not close to an electrical outlet. I got an EMAIL rather than a phone call to make it more personal, stating they are NOT renting anymore for the weekend I am requesting and they do not deliver and rent out for parks. UHM WHAT. That is why you are renting out generators to operate the inflatable. I called and left a voicemail for more clarification - they have not called back. If you are not renting out anymore of the weekend I am needing, do not allow that date as an option. I thought their services were going to be awesome and their pricing is reasonable and that is why I decided to rent with them just for them to send me an EMAIL stating they can not service my party. I would purchase tents, tables, chairs, and table cloths. They were always so pleasant and very knowledgeable about the exact size and shape of the table I would need for my tent. The tents were very clean and always fit perfectly to any area I choose. Sometimes it was my patio and other times my front lawn. We never had any issues with the tents security or the heater systems they also brought. Their ideas and expertise of the business always was accurate and helpful when trying to vision where and how things will be placed. Now my children are grown and I hire Starr's party and tent rental for all my holiday dinners at my home indoors. They help me pick colors for napkins and tablecloths and every plate I will need. It's so nice having all the essentials right down to the silverware and glasses. I now can enjoy the holidays with my family and be at ease knowing all these fine details are taken care of .
