So glad I found Eagle Tent Rentals. They had the type of tents I was looking for that could be put on either grass or hard surfaces. Their tents do not have all the tie lines that most tents have which can be a tripping hazard and they are higher than most tents. I couldn't find what I wanted in Bucks County and finally found them at Eagle Tents in New Jersey. I was afraid that I lived too far from their area but they traveled to my location anyway. I ordered a 20' x 20' tent and two 10' x 10' tents for the bar and food area. The large tent had up lighting and two fans which kept the bugs away and kept guests cool. I could not have been happier with the quality of the tents....BEATIFUL! I also rented tables and table cloths, everything was top quality. The owners were very professional. I can't praise this company enough. So easy to work with. We've used them for two separate events ( a memorial service and a wedding) and both times we received the most professional and helpful service. For my daughter's recent June wedding, I appreciated the time Ken spent time looking at our property and talking about the best locations of tents, tables, and dance floor based on the topography. We couldn't be happier with our Eagle Tent Rentals experience. We needed an enclosed tent in our backyard with space heaters for two events in one week (a first birthday party and Thanksgiving dinner for 24 people!). Everything from the initial consultation to the set up and break down was perfect! The tent was beautiful and everything we rented was in mint condition. The space heaters were awesome in keeping everyone at a comfortable temperature. I provided throw blankets for dinner but they weren't even needed! We worked with Eagle Tent Rentals for our daughter's first birthday party. We rented a 20' x 20' tent which covered four 60" round tables nicely. We also rented some cocktail high boys which provided a "standing" option for people. Eagle was very professional and easy to work with throughout the process. They came out to our house to survey the space and to suggest tent sizes and layouts. They provided a timely proposal, made the appropriate revisions to the agreement leading up to the party, and arrived on time for the set up and breakdown. We used Eagle Tent rental this for our daughter's engagement party this past weekend. Ken and Henry (the owners) were personally involved every step of the way. They did an initial site visit to help us select the right size tent (20x40), tables and accessories for our yard and party needs. We made adjustments as we worked with the caterer and they showed flexibility and professionalism at all times. The equipment was in pristine condition and we experienced no issues. They dropped off and picked up equipment on a timely basis and even came back when we decided to drop a couple sides due to the warm weather. Ken and the Eagle Tent crew were outstanding! They returned my call quickly and we were able to set up a same day appointment. We booked very last minute and Ken was able to get work out a set up for a party of close to 100 people. It was in the midst of the crazy heat wave last weekend and thank goodness we had a tent to help our guests stay a bit cooler. The tent was new and looked amazing. Between the tent and the rented fans/misters, the evening was perfect. Set up of the tent was fast - about an hour, and take down was even faster.... top notch, all the way around. The tent was modern, high pitched and added a real party feel. They came out, measured and suggested the perfect size.... made the whole patio event look custom! Every now and then you experience a level of service like no other that makes you feel good. That was our most recent experience with Eagle Tent. A huge weight was lifted off my shoulder when Ken and Henry took over this part of our party plans. I was able to focus on other things. Install was seamless. The guys even followed the forecast for me the day of the event, returning to install a sidewall to keep my guest dry. I had a great experience with Eagle Tent. I recently rented a 20x40 tent that had sides, tables, heaters, and portable bar for an engagement party. I wasnt sure how it was going to work as it was a difficult work area with a patio, landscaping, and a rock wall but Eagle Tent Rentals got it done. We host a yearly (19th this year) Easter Egg Hunt which has avoided rain every year. We feared 2019 would be a wash out so we rented two tents and tables and chairs to prevent the expected eighty participants from being exposed to the elements. Eagle reserved and delivered exactly as quoted. They are the nicest people and we plan on having them service our twentieth event next year.
