I had to call customer service who referred me to the doctor. The first doctor told me he couldn't schedule me because he was leaving the practice and the new doctor messaged me at 3pm for an 8am appointment the following day as the only opening, then told me I was going to be put on same day scheduling basically as a punishment because I told him I could not make that time. I unfortunately have 3 children who have to be driven to school. He was extremely rude and disrespectful and I never even met him. Only spoke to him via text because no one answered the phone at this location, customer service told me to schedule through the doctor, and the doctor told me to go through customer service. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
