When I need papers, I drive to their facility on west campus and load up. The workers there are so helpful and they always encourage me to take as many as I need. After I am all loaded up, they help me to my car with my boxes. What a life saver!Jason is so personable and helpful. This facility is clean and well run. It's hot in the facility in the summer but everyone is in a good mood. It's the kind of place where everyone seems happy. They also appear to do a large volume of recycling. The guy I talked to initially said I needed to speak to his son about the condition of the car, so once I made contact with the son, he said he could pick it up in 20 minutes. I wasn't ready yet and told him as much. I called again the next day and he was there within 30 minutes after I called. He paid me in cash exactly what he said he would and towed the car away. He was really nice and very friendly. Overall a positive experience. Just know that if you call, they are ready to come pick up your car in like 30 minutes!
