When I need papers, I drive to their facility on west campus and load up. The workers there are so helpful and they always encourage me to take as many as I need. After I am all loaded up, they help me to my car with my boxes. What a life saver!Jason is so personable and helpful. This facility is clean and well run. It's hot in the facility in the summer but everyone is in a good mood. It's the kind of place where everyone seems happy. They also appear to do a large volume of recycling. NKC Iron and Metal drive on scale is broken, so you drive to another scale to weigh block away before unloading then again after unloading. Not the company they once were. Sad to see the owners running the facility in the ground. Female owner gave me sad stories. Note my pickup truck load was no bigger than the others in line. I was never so embarrassed. He could have had a lower tone and not yelled. I understand the need to wear a mask and I had one on.
