I would like to specifically call out all of the ladies at the front desk, Allison & Bonnie (OT), & Tina and the two Kelly's (PT). From day one I understood why I was there, the goals, and how PT and OT would help. My therapists checked in with me each visit and tailored that visit based on the information I provided about my pain, etc. When I was discharged I was 100% confident I received the treatment I needed and achieved a great result. So I have 3 healthcare insurances. The last 2 insurances are Medicare and Tricare for Life. I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

So when I recently saw physical medicine for headaches and was recommended for PT, I asked specifically for Novacare on Stringtown Rd. Christine did my evaluation and therapy. She is fantastic at what she does! I had literally tried everything and spent thousands of dollars on testing, chiropractors and massage therapy. I am finally getting relief. I've been with Ohio health for several years and had a MyChart for several years and have never…read morebeen able to communicate with my doctor on it.. just recently after working a 12-hour days in a row they were calling me and I had to communicate with them and I even put in the MyChart to please make it so that I can communicate with my doctor because every time I'd go to send a message it said I wasn't able to send a message to anybody.. so I begged and begged and begged in one of the technical areas to please fix the problem so I can communicate with my doctor.. nobody replied nobody cared.. my doctor kept calling me throughout the whole day and because I was on the phone for 12 hours I couldn't communicate with her so I tried again the very next day to communicate with her on my chart I wasn't able to.. I then try to get to communicate the following day and begged and begged and begged at the technical assistant would fix this.. it still wasn't fixed.. this is what they say on their MyChart..."Communicate with your doctor, get answers to your medical questions from the comfort of your own home, access your test results.". This is a complete lie.. they put me in the worst position here I couldn't even communicate with my doctor and I begged and I begged and I begged please make it so that I can send a message to my doctor on my chart.. they completely ignored me.. nobody replied nobody even cared.. find me what I did was said take my whole MyChart down I will never use it again completely remove the whole thing I will never use your service again and now I will have to call in for everything and I will never be able to use a service that they supposedly provided for me when I needed to communicate with my doctor the most important things I couldn't even get communication to her when she kept calling and calling and calling and I couldn't get to the phone because I'm working... How dare you create a system that's supposed to streamline communication and not allow a very important communication to be given to my doctor when she's calling me.. after I begged and I begged and I begged for you to fix it.. clearly the IT department should be replaced. I even submitted requests in the MyChart for technical assistance and it was completely ignored!

Dr. Weiss is my PCP and provides excellent care and counsel. Also, I have always had a nice office experience and good staff interactions. The only negatives I could think of would be the walls between rooms are kind of thin. You cannot really hear conversations or make out what is being said, but you can still hear people next door. The only other thing is that office scale. The scale and I have different opinions on how much I weigh, but it is probably right. The office and facilities are always clean, and there is plenty of parking in the shared lot.

In short, I was experiencing a stabbing pain in my heal and ankle, accompanied by limited range of motion; it was oftentimes extremely difficult to walk without pain, especially first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
