I'm…read morevery specific when I give my insurances on how they were billed etc. On July 14, 2023 and again on July 24,2023 I stopped into their billing office and told them if they billed correctly I should not receive a bill because Tricare for Life is a wrap around for Medicare and whatever Medicare doesn't cover Tricare for Life covers 100%. When Tricare for Life is billed either correctly or incorrectly I get notified staying they covered xyz amount or they state due to x probably they didn't pay and I'm not responsible for the bill because of their error. ortho one states I owe $283.61 and never billed Tricare for Life and since we're now rolling into 3 years after the fact----Tricare for Life will probably tell them to go kick rocks. I have NEVER received any correspondence about this from Tricare for Life which means they didn't bill. What's sad is these places are notorious for partial billing and sticking the patient with what's left over-----why accept $75 from Tricare when I can bill the patient for a higher amount of $284.61 I've explained it to them repeatedly and yet they still have not billed Tricare for life and yes they accept Tricare for life. Sad really. I currently have a text stating I owe $284.61 and it's their error not mine

I should warn, I'm not a big believer in the utility of physical therapy so if you are, you should take my review with a grain of salt. I've had quite a few experiences with physical therapy and I feel like it is limited in how much improvement it can bring to your pain/relief. OSU health centers offers financial assistance for physical therapy, so that's exciting. Parking is easy and free. Finding this particular center from the garage is a pain, though.

You move in young, healthy and spry in your 60s and basically have the time of your life. As you get older, additional care and support is there when you need it. The new expansion they're doing, while obviously causing a bit of construction noise/mess now, is going to be AMAZING once it's complete. The Health Center (nursing home) side is wonderful too, once the time comes for that level of care. The people are great - both residents and staff. I love this place and I'm so glad I get to work with the team and residents as part of my day job!

They were helpful to me from the moment I called them asking about insurance and how to get there to cracking jokes with me and the other patients while we kvetched about how "mean" they were to us making us bend and move all of our sore parts. The place is full of equipment and a therapy mini-pool in the rear. Music plays while you are trying to not lose your balance on the wobbly board or go those last few minutes on the treadmill. The staff is so nice, professional, and help you to get back to being functional. The only negative about this place is trying to get to it on Bethel. If you are coming from 315 its easy, but make sure you watch out for the sign or you will miss it. If you are coming from the west then you have to turn around at a light and then head back west on Bethel to get to it. If you are in need of PT - come here!!!
