This place actually explained what I had and what causes it / what I need to target and do to help heal and really helped me understand and learn about the problem. Same with the exercises, explaining how they will help and the muscles being strengthened etc. They really make sure you understand everything that is going on instead of diagnosing you and giving you a sheet of exercises. Very friendly people as well. Definitely recommend.

I had a total knee done and needed 15 sessions. You will get a full 'plan of care' with your starting flexation (I made that word up!) He measures strengths, angle of bend etc, so you have a baseline to compare. As you get stronger and more flexible - he will add more exercises to get you going to where you need to be. This office is not as large or as busy as the one on Tates Creek, which is why I came here. And as an added bonus, Lee has a great sense of humor!! Cheers!

I have been going to pain management doctors for years because of my back issues & I feel very comfortable recommending this practice. The Dr uses various treatment options including medication, injections & more involved procedures (such as a rhizotomy). It is all done is on an outpatient basis & you are in and out very quickly compared to a lot of other facilities. The staff is wonderful & very courteous and professional, from the receptionist, to insurance to nurses and scheduling assistants. I had to drive an hour and a half to see Dr. Rice in Winchester Ky. He is one of the worst doctors…read moreI have ever seen. He did not examine me; he did not spend more than 5 minutes with me. I can barely function. I have severe sciatic nerve issues causing me extreme pain. I have numbness that is increasingly getting worse. I can't even walk for more than a few minutes without becoming unstable on my feet. He didn't bother to ask questions about it and was completely dismissive towards me. He asked me if I wanted an MRI. I said since I could HARDLY function, I would think it would be necessary, but he acted like he could care less if I had one done. I now have to start all over and find another doctor because there is no way I would ever let him treat me for anything. Useless... a complete waste of time and money. When someone goes to see a specialist, it is because they need care. To have a doctor express no concern for a patient or not bother to listen to them or take them seriously should not be treating anyone.
