I followed my first call up with contacting Mr. Bathgates office directly and speaking to Lorraine, Mr. Bathgates assistant. She was very kind and apologized profusely. She put me on a call with Mr. Bathgate himself and we had a very informative one hour phone discussion. He asked for several documents that I immediatley emailed off to his office. He assured me they would be getting back to me. Well.....it is now over one month later. I call Lorraine every week (4x) and she assures me they are "looking into it" and one of the partners will be calling me. I now realize my first impression was the correct one. While Lorraine and Mr Bathgate are both very attentive the firm drops off to a zero from there. Today, I give up. I will be presenting my case to another firm, a competitor. Bathgate, Wegner & Wolf was a waste of time and delayed progress on a case now for well over a month. I strongly suggest you think twice before calling Bathgate, Wegner & Wolf PC.
