Last year, the attorney assigned to me, Bausch, was unprepared for the case and did not spend enough time with me learning about it. Instead, he went in half prepared and when we lost, he told me that I did not speak as instructed even when the judge didn't allow me to speak anyway. Although the judge was not being fair or technical to understand the ramifications of the case to begin with, the attorney did not even speak up and instead, asked my opposing party strange irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the facts or the case.
